So happy I came all the way out here. Totally worth the drive. Not packed at all. Full nice clean stocked store. Friendly staff. Found so many goodies! Never imagined getting so excited to find disinfecting supplies. Def

The only thing I can really say is the Lego Selection was low on stock and some of the boxes were pretty beat up. It’s the one thing I went in for. They had what I needed just in bad condition.

I’d recommend putting the Lego Sets BEHIND GLASS. The Spider Wrap does damage to the boxes AND people will just tear a hole in the box and steal the bags anyways. Lego Sets are worth a lot of money on the secondary markets.

How come it also seems like employees can’t ever figure out how to remove the spider wrap either?

Then the boxes get much more damaged while employee tries to use force to remove the security device. 🤦‍♂ I believe it’s a magnet…

The only problem with that is you would need an employee to open said glass… Catch 21. There has to be a way to keep them from being stolen that doesn’t damage the product boxes.

Newly renovated building, has a different layout than other Walmarts, gets a little getting used to.

This one is great. I usually have anxiety crossing Walmart parking lots since they’re usually a mess but this one has a Target feel to it. It’s up-to-date and it has the nice, spacious self checkouts that I’ve only ever seen other location have (Bloomingdale, which no longer has it). I also like that the pharmacy section is in the middle. It’s usually in the corner which can get crammed so this is good. Would recommend going to this one even if there’s one near you that isn’t as good.

I purchased a TV during Christmas of 2022. After about 2 weeks of owning, it stopped working- it wouldn’t turn on. I had sent my sister to try and return it for me because I was ill. She came home saying Walmart told her they would not return or exchange, because of no original packaging even though I had a receipt. I had purchased warranty on it, but when I called to file a claim I got the run around for 3 hours on the phone from three different companies from 8 different customer service reps. I was livid from the back and forth emails and calls. Finally I took it back to the St. Charles store where I had originally purchased. I explained my dilemma and all the hoops I’ve been through to try and either repair it or replace it. A customer service representative there named Maria was the first and only person to understand my problem and take care of my situation. Out of all the Walmart, All State, & ONN customer service representatives Maria was the only genuine good person and good at her job to assist me. Please commend Maria for her outstanding service.

Walmart is great just try to get in earlier in the day or maybe late at night to not deal with the bigger crowds IT GETS PACKED because of all the deals & sales they have.

I haven't been to Walmart in awhile. We had a great experience. The TV we wanted was in stock, easy to get, and Mario at self-check out was super helpful with removing the security device and helping us with the extended warranty. Definitely give 5 🌟 for this experience!

I would come here to grab a quick lunch at least twice a week. The deli and hot food section is actually decent. For the past few weeks it has been absolutely abysmal where 90% of everything is empty. Not sure what the deal is but there is almost nothing on the shelves.

Edit: Since then they have totally remodeled this store and haven't had an issue with stocked shelves since. 5 Stars since it's a clean walmart and staff seems friendly all the time!

Fast, easy shopping experience here. Stopped by a few times for groceries and snacks. I liked the self checkout lanes.

They had almost everything I and my girlfriend we're looking for. Also found a couple of items a lot cheaper then other stores.

Sonu the check out employee was the most considerate, helpful, friendly staff member I have ever encountered with there. She deserves recognition of a job well done.

One of the cleaner and well-maintained Walmarts in the area. You don't see many like this around, but this one gets five stars. Plenty of parking spaces, it has a lot of self-check-out and cashier lanes, is usually stocked, and also offers to pick-up.

Super helpful bakery staff. We ordered 36 dozen donuts. Great donuts here! Perfect for big events.

Even though they change everything and move things around a lot, it's still a good shopping experience. I know most of the employees their as well, that have been there for decades!! They're always nice.

Love this venue! My server was a young man who was probably one of the best I've had in a long time. The food was very good. We sat on the patio adjacent to the parking lot. Patio is lined with tall grass giving it a secluded feel.
