Mio Modo

The hubby and I had a dinner date here. I’ve been to Mio Modo dozens of times and have never experienced an issue. As always, last night was great. The food was delicious, our server Mary Beth was so kind and enthusiastic, and the ambience of the restaurant was amazing as always. This is definitely a favorite place of mine in the area to enjoy some Italian food! 🍝

The renovated space is deceivingly large with seating in the rear of the building during busy days/times. Servers were friendly. Bus boys were stellar and very attentive. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and tidy.
The food was delicious. We’ve had good calamari there before however, this time it was a bit rubbery. Everything else was as fantastic as I’ve come to expect. I recommend the fried artichoke appetizer. My sister had a delicious mocktail.

Took my girlfriend here for an early Valentine’s Day and we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service and delicious food. The bruschetta was phenomenal and had plenty of flavor, ricotta and honey were fantastic as well. Personally recommend The Vincent if you’re in the mood for a solid drink to pair with a steak, it was well balanced in flavor and had plenty of kick to it. They were sold out of the dried NY but the center cut was amazing. Cooked just how I liked it. We had a great experience, our server, Jaime, I believe was his name made our night fun and memorable. Highly recommend this spot.

My experience here was the best!! My wife took me here to celebrate my new job offer and all I can do is keep thanking her for introducing me to this great restaurant.

Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Simone this evening. She was very knowledgeable of the best items on the menu and recommended me the delicious lasagna. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was at capacity, and she was fantastic! I appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our table with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done!

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Calamari, Lasagna, Vodka pasta, and Gelato ice cream.

Had my first visit to Mío Modo and it was amazing. What made it even better was our server Natalie! She was attentive, great with recommendations and absolute pleasure to have around the evening. I would highly recommend! Here is a pic of our delicious apps!

Came here to celebrate my birthday.. This was my first time here and will definitely be back. Natalie (our server) was so attentive and helpful when it came to ordering.

All of her recommendations were so delicious and her positive personality was definitely a plus.

Everything was wonderful. My wife and I arrived early for our reservation and enjoyed a drink at the bar. Wonderful cocktail selection and prep. Our server Natalie was also wonderful giving us menu and wine suggestions then being around just enough to make sure we didn’t need anything. But allowing us to pace the meal and evening. While the food and wine is always terrific the service put it over the top for us. Thank you Natalie.

Modern feel Italian restaurant located downtown St. Charles. The decor is great, casual feel and not overly loud.
Drinks are great, tried the Sofia Loren and the rum punch.
Momma's Meatballs as an appetizer- it's a like a whole meal in itself but so good!
Pasta entrees - I asked for a modified linguine with shrimp instead of clams which they were able to do with no problem. Service was on point from the moment we walked in 10/10.

Absolutely love this place! Been here a couple of times and the food never disappoints. If you’re in the mood for a classy and relaxing meal, treat yourself to Mio Modo! The drinks, food, atmosphere and attentiveness of serving staff make this an exceptional dining location. Matt the bartender is great! Hands down the best Reisling I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

Our first time trying since the rebranding of this restaurant, and it was fantastic. Natalie made the experience. She was super sweet, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great recommendations. The food was good but the service made the experience extra special and is what truly set it apart!

I had the pleasure of being served by Brian during my recent dining experience, and I must say, their service exceeded all expectations. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly enhanced the overall dining experience. We had a party of 11 and he provided excellent recommendations for both drinks and food. The table side dessert was to die for. I am 100% coming back and highly recommend eating here.

My wife and I love to drive through random suburbs and try random places based on google reviews. This place was a hit! Great service from the hosts, the servers, and the food runners.
The server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had the calamari, lentil and spinach greens, mussels in marinara and herbs, fettuccini cabonero, and the salmon plate.
This is our new favorite spot in Batavia.

Beautiful space, delicious food served by attentive staff. Nice selection of wine and spirits. Room gets noisy when full. Come early!

First time here and it was amazing! The bruschetta was the best, pasta tasted fresh, and the atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to take more friends and family here.

LOVE THIS PLACE. This was my third time here and brought a friend. Hostess was so pleasant and when I stated I had a rough Friday and was looking forward to dinner, she said I came to the right place and will have an awesome server! Indeed, Brian was! He was prompt, gave great recommendations and made the evening quite pleasant! Food was delicious (when is it not?) and the atmosphere was fantastic. Will be frequenting here more often!

The food was presented very well and wonderful in taste. We started with bread and rosemary oil, then ordered tempura green beans. My wife had the whitefish and I had my waiter pick my dish based on two of my options and what he thought was the best. I ended up with the veal marsala. Both meals were excellent, my wife doesn’t like a lot of sauces so you may want to order the white sauce on the side. She still enjoyed it but just stated she thought there was too much sauce, I disagree. The desert was also excellent, and highly recommend Mio Modo. Our waiter Reuben was very attentive, helpful and took great care of us.

Food was excellent quality and good portion sizes. Was a little disappointed with the size of my scallops and mussels in my pasta dish. Besides that no complaints. The table side tiramisu is amazing. Loved the beets salad as well. Natalie was our server. She was sweet, fun and professional.

WOW! The cocktails were so well balanced. Loved the Isabella Rossellini with lemon sorbet! Pasta was great too we cleaned our plates! The dessert was killer… you must try the Butterscotch Budino, it was so smooth. The vibes were perfect and the decor was stunning. Staff was so friendly. We will be back for sure!

Always an amazing meal. Our server Mary Beth was exceptional, we have dined here for 25 years, and alway look forward to our meal. Mary Beth always take care of us. Thank you for the good food and wonderful memories.
