My visit at this Kirk jewel is always so pleasant because of how clean
and neat the store is! There is this young lady Nicole at this specific Jewel and she is an exceptional cashier and employee. Her commitment to providing the best shopping experience is evident in her helpful and caring demeanor. Nicole goes above and beyond, I always have a hard time with my jewel app.. she is always there and helps me no matter what.. consistently ensuring customer satisfaction. A valuable asset to the store, she makes every visit a positive and enjoyable experience. :)

Best kept secret...their pharmacy. Left the incompetence of Walgreens. They were always in the weeds. The Jewel team actually know my name. Never looked back.

This has to be the brightest, cleanest, best stocked and friendliest grocery store I’ve ever seen! Just WOW! I wasn’t thinking at the time but I should have taken pictures.

This location is the best...it's clean, the produce dept is very nice and stocked. Other locations cram so much into their produce depts there's not enough room for 2 carts. I will happily pass up the closer locations to shop here.

My first time at a Jewel in a very long time. Other stores have their isle signs at both ends or somehow more prominent, so it was a bit difficult to find what I was looking for. Otherwise, very well organized, neat and clean. I did get everything I neded, and everyone was very pleasant and friendly 😊

What a great shopping experience. Produce is fresh and lots of configurations to choose from. Friendly employees and logically laid out store. Worth a visit!!

Always have a good shopping experience at any Jewel I go to. The staff are always friendly and ready to help, and I can usually get everything I need without going to another store. We also love being able to earn rewards for free stuff!

I came here to get a bouquet of spring flowers for my wife. I had no trouble finding a $10 bouquet. She loved them. They lasted over two weeks.

I like that they have handicapped accessible restrooms in the front of the store. Most Jewel locations hide less accessible restrooms somewhere in the back of the store.

The line at the one open express lane was 6 deep. There were only two other registers open. I would expect they could do better shortly after noon. Obviously I was not the only one making a fast stop on my own lunch break.

Love the customer service at checkout. Actually offered to help explain their app and help me!❤
Clean store has so much to offer!

I have been a loyal, Jewel-Osco rewards member for the past 28 years. I have recently begun to shop at the Kirk Road location-despite it being 7 minutes further from my home than the South Elgin location- because of two terrific employees in particular.

Joanne and Donna deserve terrific recognition for their outstanding customer service skills. As someone who manages a team in the hospitality industry, I just wanted to ensure your management understands what exemplary employees you have in both Donna and Joanne-a real rarity in this day and age. I just hope you are paying them fairly, treating them right, and giving them benefits. Team members like Joanne and Donna are hard to come by these days, and if you're not giving them the appreciation they deserve, I just might try to snag them away from you and add them to my team!

I just wanted to give my kudos to Joanne and Donna for all they do, and give kudos to the manager who had the good sense of hiring these two amazing employees!

Always a delightful shopping experience here at Jewel on lake Street. Oh is that so produce and deals on matsa pizzas.

Jewel is a great grocery store n so glad they r close to us. They have most everything n the produce is the freshest around.
Osco, we r there 2-4 times a week picking up prescriptions. Very friendly n helpful.

Staff is always very helpful. Store is kept clean and orderly. Pharmacy has some of the best people I have e ER dealt with. Keep up the great work!

I worked for Jewel Foods in the early 80's when I was in high school and my son worked there when he was in high school. Whenever I shop here it brings back positive memories. I can still identify what product is in what aisle. I hope Jewel continues on for another 50 years.

The young lady and the floral department was super helpful and patient did a really nice job today! Her bosses should recognize her hard work.

Patricia did a fabulous job decorating my husband’s birthday cake. She copied a picture of him, created a highway on the cake, used Cubs’ colors, frosting delicious. Beautiful. Guests also complimented Patricia.
