CVS

The CVS Lyon Village has been my go to pharmacy for the last 15 or so years. Their pharmacy team is really world class and they work hard to help people get their medications on time and understand them. A special recognition goes to Christian, who is one of the most compassionate and knowledgable pharmacists in the area. Christian has a very incisive understanding of how medications work, their interactions with other medications and food, and he has a helpful, compassionate approach. I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy at Lyon Village. Great team.

♿abundant seating near the pharmacy. (At least 5 chairs). I did not see seating near the front of the store nor outside the store. Wide aisles. The pharmacy is a bit far back- about two aisles. The disability parking is close by. I did not see any fragrances in the shopping center. The bathroom is fragranced but clean. Parking is free. No wheelchair shopping carts. The staff are kind and helpful.

This CVS and its employees are amazing. Pharmacy is great as well. Employees are always willing to help out. Check out time is fast as well. Passport photo service is convenient, reasonable price and meets US passport standards.

Niada and Yolanda are top notch. I was greeted at the entrance. All Associates were helpful. They always help me to find an item or two. And checkout moved fast. I always look forward to going to this CVS store.

I came in yesterday evening trying to get a appointment to get my shingles diagnosis and antiviral medicine . Alonzo, the pharmacy technician told me they had no walkin available that day. But he brought Hera the pharmacist on duty to consult with me. She asked me to return the next day . There were no time slots open online through the 26th. The pharmacist saw my anxiety, and frustration. she spoke with the NP on duty and was able to squeeze me in. I was able to get relief. Medicine. They did indeed confirm I had shingles. She prescribed a generic equal of Valtrex. And my insurance covered 100 percent! God Bless this cvs. ! And all who work there. Their prompt attention to my dilemma I felt was outstanding customer service. I also notified company customer service regarding these fine individuals. Thanks to them my pain will cease in about a week.

This is a review for the pharmacy. I came in right after my wife was discharged from the hospital with a long a complicated group of prescriptions. Mustafa worked really hard to get us what we needed and make sure that it was covered by insurance, despite challenges in the way the prescriptions were written. His effort and patience were very much appreciated. Thank you!

The pharmacist Amal is absolutely fantastic and was extremely helpful in helping me find the medicine I needed for my child. I highly recommend this pharmacy and especially Amal. Thank you so much.

Was impressed with the service I had with the Pharmacy this past Sunday, pharmacist working at that time was extremely accommodating answering my questions, and very pleasant. I browsed the store afterwards and was asked twice by two different employees if i needed anything.

Real good staff. Yolanda was very nice with me and she noted that I couldn’t continue walking and she went to get what I was looking for. Thanks

Love this CVS, but phone line is impossibly clogged up with ads, while the customer waits...and waits...and waits. Now trying to find SMS number on internet, since regular phone line refuses SMS texting.

Really kind pharmacist who took care of a little appointment snafu that was my fault. Got me in for my shot later that same day.
