Super nice and kind staff!
It was 3:20 Am drove 15 minutes to this 24-hour open CVS to get PEDIALYTE Unflavored (Electrolyte Solution) for my baby girl, there was only 1 bottle on the shelf but I needed 4 bottles went to a nice lady, and asked if she had more of them she went to I think a manager then he got me 3 more bottles from the back I forgot their names but they were amazing people.
I have been shopping at CVS a lot but I have never seen such nice people as I saw here night shift staff.
Thank you so very much for being nice to the customer I appreciate it.
I will come to this location every time.

The cashier at check-out ( a young lady) was attentive, patient, and most helpful in straightening out a problem I had been having with processing the coupon offers I would receive through text messages, which in the past the system would reject. She was persistent until she got it cleared up.
I am most grateful.

Staff are kind and helpful—reprinted my photos until they were just right. Customers are greeted upon entry, and asking for help locating items is never a problem. This location serves a large community, so I appreciate that they have to work hard to maintain this store. Please be patient and polite with cashiers and pharmacists! They’re doing essential work here.

Nice CVS store. Shop assistant Maria was amazing. She helped me with taking my photo and went beyond helping me set up a care pass account to get a discounted price, informed me of this.

I with my wife and little ones were looking for a photo service for our passports. It was 1:20am in the morning. Mr. Kofi was so helpful, professional and friendly. It was a beautiful experience. I wish him all the best.

One of the nicest CVS stores in the area - clean and well stocked store and helpful, courteous, and friendly staff (there was a guy greeting people in the store and standing near the front to see if people needed help at the self-service check-out stations or help in general). A lot of times, at a CVS, I need to search for someone to help me- but not at this location! The manager here, Kofi, helped me out right away when he noticed I was trying to pay in cash at a self-service check-out station (and hadn't noticed it was a card only machine). I didn't even ask, he just noticed and then checked out my items right away from a regular cashier's station. Very kind and professional. This is my go-to CVS.

I wanted to take a few moments to express how happy I am with this CVS. I've had issues with filling my prescriptions at just about every pharmacy in the Arlington Alexandria area except for this one. While I understand that some of my prescriptions are controlled substances you'd think that after you visit a pharmacy for the twentieth odd time the pharmacist would come to know you. But unfortunately that's not the case. That said, this CVS is the rare exception. It's not because there's something different about this CVS or pharmacy in general. It's because of pharmacist that works at this CVS. Andrew is the main reason I frequent this place. I recently moved to Alexandria from Arlington and there are several pharmacies / CVS stores in my area that are only minutes away. But I've had several long waits and poor service. For example, I was told that I couldn't pay out of pocket for a prescription and that I'd need to wait until my insurer approved. Which is complete BS because I've paid out of pocket for this medicine since I was prescribed it. I will go out of my way to drive to this CVS because I know Andrew will get the job done. Mind you, this CVS is more than a 45 minute drive and it's in the DMV area which can be a completely miserable drive. This also means that I have to go through Arlington the land of entitled idiot drivers. Every time I come in Andrew greets me by name. He has, on two occasions, corrected a previously filled prescription where a pharmacist shorted me. Andrew is the true MVP at this pharmacy. For those of you who have had bad experiences getting a prescription filled it's worth going out of your way for the great customer service and professionalism that that Andrew can provide.

this Five Start Review is ONLY for Mark, from Uganda, who has been for the last few years that i have shopped there been exhibiting outstanding, convincing customer service skills. Mark espouses discretion with us customers by being available but not pushy. He would greet each one of us when entering the store and offer support, if desired. When we would need something that would not be on the shelves, Mark would look for the item. Mark is standing out, unfortunately, with courtesy as the remaining employees in that CVS are rather rude and unhelpful. Very Sincerely, Raphaela

I walked in at 3AM and I needed to charge my phone and Mrs. Alba helped me get my phone charged. She gave me her charger and helped me at a time when I needed it, very good human being, good customer service (A1). She needs to be a store manager I believe she has the ability and the potential to build good customer relation and make the customers have a pleasing experience at the store.

This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever been to consistently for the last two years and I haven't had to deal with the usual frustrations of issues with insurance, too high of payments, etc. They are friendly and offer/recommend coupons if your prescription cost is too high. If there's an insurance issue, they get involved to help resolve it. I was surprised at the bad reviews as this has been a consistently good pharmacy for myself and I would definitely recommend it.

Good pharmacy with personable people. Well stocked CVS, large enough to have most everything you need but small enough to not be overwhelming. Usually not busy, you can get in and out fast.

I’ve been to CVS pharmacies across the country, this location is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous.

I frequent various CVS stores in DC and VA, this location is my fave in NoVA thus far! The manager, Kofi, is the BEST! The staff is personal and pleasant, the store is clean and well stocked.
