It's 7/11 so I don't expect too much but to have some customer service would be nice. I don't like my job either but at least I try to be pleasant to people.

Staff is rude and seemingly uninterested in your business. You truly feel like you’re annoying them by being in the store. Everything else is par for the course.

Watch for parking anywhere around this store. They work with the worst towing company who will tow away your car if you spend more than 5 minutes inside the store. No one even calls these tow guys but they scoop up your car and you have no other way but to pay and get your car. Don't go to this store in yoir car.

And the store associated working here would rather curse at you than even answer a question, that is if they spoke any English to begin with.

The woman (owner?) who is usually working has never worn a mask in the times I’ve seen her. Absolutely inexcusable in the middle of a pandemic, especially given the massive sign outside that says “please wear a mask”. She’s also extremely rude. Never coming back to this location.

While I was at the 711, someone from the store had my car towed. Such awful customer service and disgusting behavior

If you want to get angry.. come to this place!!
the employees are extremely rude,
especially the woman..she spends the whole time talking on the phone.

stay away from this place !!!

I had bad experience with this store, spend $3.19 for money order, I give her $10 bills she give change for $3.71..when I ask her about the short change and she grab my $3.00 and my receipt from my hand, she told me, she make mistake with the receipt, she said I only give her $3.00 bills not $10 bills. the question is if I give her $3 bills why she give me
change? I really don't know what happening with her?..God never sleep.

I wish I can give him no stars! The owner is very rude. The yellow beard guy does not wear mask. He also smoked in the store!
