Wonderful prices on the big bags of Halloween candy, was glad they still had them in stock

I feel that the north olmsted location is the best Walmart in our area. It's very clean and organized. The one in Brooklyn is a nightmare and as a store its not that great, run down in comparison.

I shop here a lot. Instead of going to 3 or 4 stores for what I want or need, I make 1 stop. And the people who work here are very, very nice. I love this store!

Our location here in Elyria is a newly built store and probably one of the busiest Walmarts locally. Products sell real fast here. North Olmsted Walmart had some items that this Walmart didn't have but I enjoy going to all locations nearby. 😀

The visit was a great experience, it started with a good parking spot, assistance from visible employees, and speedy check out. Great work!

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Walmart in North Olmsted thanks to an exceptional employee named Jenna. As an infrequent visitor to this store, having been there 35 times in the past two years, I can confidently say that Jenna's customer service skills are unparalleled.

During my visit, I needed to cash a Keno ticket worth $165. To my dismay, three different gas stations refused to help me. I remembered in my previous visit to your store that you had Ohio lottery kiosk machines. So naturally, if you had the kiosk machines, selling lottery tickets you most likely would be able to cash my winning ticket.

However, it was around 8:35am in the morning. There was a customer in front of me. Jenna greeted me with a warm smile and asked if I needed assistance. Even though the associate had just finished with the customer before me, and I was the next one up. I explained my predicament, fully expecting her to redirect me to the associate responsible for handling such matters.

To my surprise, Jenna went above and beyond her duties and decided to personally cash my ticket. She could have easily passed the task onto someone else, but she chose to take the time and effort to help me out. This level of dedication and genuine care for customers is something I have never experienced at this particular Walmart before.

Not only did Jenna complete the transaction smoothly, but she also congratulated me on my win and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me. Jenna is a rare gem, and her exceptional customer service skills should be recognized and appreciated.

Living on Put-in-Bay, I always stay at the Courtyard Marriott. As I mentioned before I’ve only visited this particular Walmart about 35 times in two years. So once again, thank you Jenna for your kindness and willingness.

I like this walmart. Everything is well stocked and good prices. I came to buy a wagyu ribeye stake and it is good. Overall this walmart is a win win.

Gary, the pharmacist is simply amazing! I've owned businesses and have also been in customer service in different fields and really appreciate people who genuinely care. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband got his heart medication eventhough it was past their closing time. He takes the time to explain the facts about your medication and wants to make sure you know the proper way of taking it. After years of taking metformin, we found out that my husband needs to take it food otherwise his sugar can drop. He also said to make sure that he monitors it closely. Non of the pharmacist at our previous pharmacy ever told us that. This pharmacy is not the closest to us but I will drive a bit extra to go to this location and pharmacy.

I had to return my bike because the tire was warped. When I say Rasheen and Jim were life savers it is cause they are! Super friendly and did everything they could to help us and our situation. 😊 happy birthday, Rasheen! Sorry if I spelled it wrong!

I pre-ordered deli sliders for the 4th of July but when I arrived my order was not ready!
But... the Deli ladies went right to work to fill my order and even gave me a slight discount!! Great job

For the first time EVER, I can confidently say shopping at Walmart is a breeze lately! I am pretty loyal Walmart shopper so I can relate to the stress most shoppers have experienced when it came to checking out... Always seemed there was never enough registers open, or not enough staff to assist those with inquiries during checkout, and then you find yourself stuck in line for almost as long as it took to shop! THANKFULLY THO, since they updated and added new self-checkout registers to the North Olmsted location, I can't remember the last time I had to wait in a line 🥳.

I shop here all the time! Like getting here at 6:00am! In and out!!

Everything you need. Well staffed, stocked, and clean, with handy shops (nails, optician, subway) at the front of the store. There's a full grocery side, and prices are good. Pharmacy at store front as well.

This is the Walmart in North Olmsted. It's Walmart. They didn't have absolutely everything I needed but I was able to get something to fill my pantry. It's very nice store. Very clean.

Standard Walmart, sometimes clean sometimes dirty. I think they are finally done moving stuff around. I will say their pharmacy is the best, all of the people there are incredible. I do want my employee discount for all the self checkouts they have now.
