Chili's Grill & Bar

We had a wonderful experience at Chili's in North Olmsted! Our server was fantastic, and the food was delicious! This was our first time here, and we will be back! We ordered the dip trio, and it was great! We couldn't eat it all, so the server gave us another bag of fresh chips to go, and we just had to heat them up! Also, we had the chicken tenders, and the breading on them was so good, and the Mac and cheese was excellent! Overall, great experience!

The Southwest egg rolls are amazing!!
I had a spicy black bean veggie burger with grilled onions and mushrooms, which were fresh by the way, Swiss cheese and lettuce. It was so good!!!
Add a little avocado ranch... you won't be disappointed.
The food came out of the kitchen hot 🔥 and you can tell the person cooking enjoys their job.
Great service and the staff was very friendly.
Nice little bar area with lots of tvs around if you're looking to watch some sports or the news.
Child friendly restaurant. They give some crayons and coloring mats for the little ones to keep them entertained.
Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, and seating.... except the bar area.
Plenty of parking but it was a little dark; more lights would be a bonus.

This was the first time I've been to a Chili's in years, and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fantastic. Our server was attentive and friendly. The steak was well seasoned and cooked to order. It was a great atmosphere, good for families and friends-dinner. I look forward to going back again soon.

I don't like reviewing chain restaurants, but this Chili's was great. Good service, clean and good food. Very close to the Cleveland airport.

Great food nice service. The only issue was the bathroom floor was slippery.

My mom and I were seated right away on a Saturday afternoon. She got a soup salad and water, I got a black bean burger, salad and diet coke.. our bill was $20. I can't recall getting a great meal for so little. Our server was awesome, brought refills without asking.
The atmosphere was nice, some things could use a little touch-up or deep cleaning, but overall the establishment was tidy.

Best waitress ever so mad I don't recall her name. Jan 1 around 5pm. She knew her menu, drinks never hit bottom. Chips were old she hussled us new . Did the 3 for $10. Had a steak and 2 sides were excellent. Would go back no doubt

Have not been to.chillis in a while and this was really good. Service great, food great and reasonably priced. Had a burger and it was excellent. My friend also had a different burger and thought the same thing!

Chili’s is one of my favorite restaurants. Being away from home, Chili’s in Westlake Ohio didn’t disappoint. It was just as good as my neighborhood Chili’s. My salmon was full of flavor. The drinks were perfect, thanks to Rachael (awesome bartender). Good environment and professional staff. If it wasn’t for the fact that they were closing soon I would’ve stayed longer. I definitely recommend this Chili’s 🌶

Meredith was the best server I have ever had. She was so attentive and was so sweet. Chilis is so lucky to have her on their team, I will request her whenever I go back!

We were able to get seated right away. The server was very attentive. Our food came out quick and just as ordered. The food was great and the service was great as well.

Fast efficient service for a Saturday night, and one with veterans Day free meals on top of that. The parking lot was full so we expected a big wait but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. So a lot of the cars may have been employees. Very well staffed compared to some of restaurants we have been to lately. It was nice seeing so many young adults wanting to work and getting along so nicely. It was my first time at a Chili's and I wasn't super hungry so opted for 8 bone in wings. They were very good. Crispy and the fat was melty inside. I felt like I was eating a turkey dinner lol. Husband got a chili(a little spicy for him)and a Cesar salad, but it wasn't a traditional Cesar it was healthier because it was mixed greens. The bathroom was a 'tiny' bit dirty but I'm sure they were making sure they got the food out in a reasonable amount of time. That's the only reason I gave atmosphere less stars.

Kenny and Rachel are so nice, efficient and make you feel like you're home. The food is always good however overshadowed by the amazing bartenders.

One day at 2:45 p.m. I just got off work and didnt know what to eat so I decided to stop at chili’s and it was the best and most delicious experience I have ever had. I thought I was getting a regular cheeseburger and I was wrong it was hands down the best cheeseburger I have ever had. Everything was perfect from the bottom bun to the top bun. I had the bacon ranch cheeseburger and it changed my life.

Kenny was our bartender. Fantastic worker!! Super friendly!! Very attentive!! Great personality!! Food came out in a timely manner and was very good.

Our first time at this location since we don't live close but we were in the area. GREAT food! We ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and the trio of appetizers (cheeseburger sliders, mozz sticks and the honey chipotle chicken tenders). I would order this same meal over and over again! The honey chipotle sauce was incredible and the tenders were so juicy! Heaven on a plate. Would be back again.

Always a great time at this establishment. Great staff. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Good food and Drinks.

Wonderful staff and food is fantastic and let's not forget the margarita on point try the new straw-eddy Rita so good deff come back I originally was going to applebees at steelyard but they were so unprofessional and rude that we said let's go to chillies deff treated us better better staff though short handed it was great service thru out the entire time we dine ...
