I went in to purchase a Christmas Gift. The staff were great. The young man took me to the item I was looking for . He showed me a few choices. Great customer service.

Lots of great stuff. Very large selection. Reasonably priced. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This is a really wonderful place with kind employees and a wow selection to browse. Anyone on here who says they low-ball on prices weirdly expects the same value they bought the things for. I sell my thing to them for the convenience of getting it off of my hands! these reviewers would wait years to get an offer on a vintage thing for $30 when the exchange would happily give them $10. time is money & they run a business!! Anyway i love to browse the Exchanges when I'm waiting on something there's always something to see . The employees are helpful and kind and I can always find something fun to reminisce on

Staff was friendly and will to help you find whatever you're looking for. Prices are reasonable for these used games and accessories. I would recommend any gamer to come here to look for the item they need.

I just left there a few minutes ago and Bailey was the one who approached us and asked us if we needed help. She was awesome. I’ve gone to a few exchange locations and never gotten that type of customer service. She was very helpful. Keep up the good work.

A good store to find music, games, and more. If you accidentally buy something you forgot you had or a defective, they will gladly let you trade it for anything else in the store or give you a refund (if it happens to be defective). Lately though, it seems that the selection here is not as good as before.

Pros:
Nice employees.
Good with selling magazines.

Cons: Lacking in good stuff to buy.

The staff is very friendly and pleasant. They are always eager to help. Good selection of vinyl and they will happily assist with special orders.

Have gone to this location many times as the counterpart location at Parma Heights and found a lot of great and collectable stuff that they featured and had on the shelves. Was able to find a LootCrate Back to the Future collectible that was authentic- had the credentials and the certificates to back it up and was brand new out of the package. Would definitely stop at this or its counterpart Parma Heights location. They have a lot to choose from and a lot to offer.

The staff is always super respectful and easy to work with. Everyone was nice to us and helped us with our trade in! It was such a good experience.

Best store in Cleveland to get games, movies, and electronic accessories

The exchange is a little pricey for the most part, but they as far as I'm concerned, they sell childhood memories and nostalgia. I think its entirely excusable to be a little pricey. Plus the service is always excellent and the staff usually consists of true gamers that are knowledgeable enough to answer your questions. Great place to shop if you're looking for nostalgia for yourself or others.

Absolutely awesome store, fantastic collection of classic video games, records, DVDs, Blu Rays, CDs and more and more. Toys, collectibles, gaming accessories, sound systems, pretty much anything you can think of. The staff are always friendly and helpful, ready to unlock any case where you want to get out a game or movie, and an ever changing collection. Not to mention, if they don't have something specific in the store you're looking for, if they have one at one of the other stores, they'll bring it to your closest store for free, definitely awesome if you're looking for something rare or specific.

This place is amazing. DVDs, VHS, BluRay, games from every system ever, every system ever, toys, board games, action figures, memorabilia, and amazing record collection, CDs, instruments, even small appliances! Highly recommend! Very reasonable trade in values too!

This is the best The Exchange in the area. The workers are pretty cool and are more than happy to help! I can get interesting items here at anytime. They will even look in their database and order items from other stores for you (EVEN STORES OUT OF STATE!). This is a great shop for almost any music, movie, and gaming needs!!

Really awesome store with a great selection of games, game systems, music, movies etc. My go-to place for all things entertainment. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Anything they don't have they'll check at their other stores and have it shipped their for you for free.
