Best Buy

Just came from Best Buy North Olmsted. We were shopping for an upgrade to our existing modem and for a small smart tv for our kitchen. We were helped by two young men, both were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They even saved us some money by signing us up for My Best Buy Plus. These days customer service is lacking in many places but not here! We appreciate the time they took to make sure we were buying what we wanted and needed. Thank you Best Buy for hiring qualified, friendly and helpful people!

Braden was the bees knees, this man could charm the the tires off a car I tell you what. Braden deserves a raise, a shake, a cheat day, a vacation, fireworks on his birthday, and a surprise awakening at his funeral because he is the best thing to happen to Best Buy since Steve Jobs himself may he rest in piece. The customer service was fantastic. I was trying to find a specific hard drive for my computer and when it wasn't found on the shelf, one of the workers kept looking for almost 45 minutes until we found the part. He could've easily given up at the beginning but he went out of his way to help me out. 5/5 isnt a high enough rating for how much Bradley helped me out.

Best Buy is always in my top 3 for researching and purchasing my highly specific wants/needs. Always come through for me when I'm searching for quality electronics. Most recently I saved over $100 on a high end 128 GB micro SDXC for my Galaxy S8.

Extremely helpful. A representative approached us before we began our search and explained everything we needed to know about our desired product. The facility is probably a "Toyland" for Geeks :)

Kati that works in appliances is amazing. I spent the evening browsing the store preparing for building a house and trying to learn more about what I want. Kati went above and beyond explaining all details of gas/electric ranges, cooktops, refrigerators, microwaves, convection oven functions, even new tech in dishwashers. I feel like I got a good education on everything tonight and not the the typical appliance sales pitch. Kati is the type of employee that we all try to find.

Best buy competes with Amazon now! it's nice to be able to buy something and take it home same day

Being older I needed assistance with electronic accessories. One associate helped with the initial purchase and another helped with my newer phone's functionality. Great customer service!

Not always the best buy, but, unlike online, you can play with the product before you buy it. Bumping them to a 5 star because because it's just amazing that there's still place you can touch and feel products.

Visited on a Wednesday evening. James was extremely helpful with a phone trade-in. Even though I came in close to closing time, he took care of me in a friendly, polite way. He clearly wanted to make sure he took care of me that day so I wouldn't have to return to the store another day.

I have a consistently good experience at this Best Buy. The staff is friendly and I've never had any issues picking up online orders or making returns. I prefer to buy from Best Buy over Amazon any day.

Very happy with the service. Eli was awesome in helping us with our laptop purchase. Give that kid a raise! Very impressed with store service overall. All the sales people on the floor were helpful. It's this kind of service that keeps me buying locally instead of buying junk on Amazon.

Everyone is always so nice. Steven helped me again today and is so knowledgeable, professional and personable. He spent time explaining and helping me with all my questions, so that I will be better able to enjoy my new phone. I can not say enough nice things about his help and the other employees that have also helped me. Best Buy is a very comfortable place to do business with.

I got great assistance from Francisco in sales, Peter in service and the manager Manny. They were all very helpful in assisting me with resolving my tech issue. This was the Great Northern Mall location. Much appreciated!
