Target

This is a nice Target. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked in here to get a Gillette razor and easily found it in the cosmetics aisle, which is located near the entrance. I also got some frozen chocolate covered raspberries from the frozen goods section of the store, located next to the cosmetics aisle. This store is clean and spacious. I gave this Target five stars because it’s well organized and laid out. Even though this isn’t my local Target I easily found everything I needed in a time efficient manner.

My favorite Target on the west side! Always well staffed, stocked, and clean. Parking is easy...lot is laid out in an agreeable way. Plenty of checkout lines open. Clothing areas are way more organized and stocked with sizes. Cashiers are pleasant (probably because they aren't run ragged).

I rarely leave reviews but....I thought I should.leave one. My experience for drive up pick up was not great today and realize its xmas. I had to go into the store bc it took so long. I just wanted to say the situation was not great but they did an awesome job handling the situation and made things right and I very much appreciate it. Kudos to the target employees working pick up!

My experience has been very positive here.not once have I come to see this target store with the shopping items out of place. friendly place to shop at.

Targets pick up service and product quality is hands above walmart, none of my frozen foods were defrosted or freezer burnt!

Store is always clean and is easy to find what we need. And usually buy more than we were going there to get.

Target is wonderful! They always have something that you want and don’t need. 😙 I love it.

Easy return process and courteous staff member

Yesterday I needed some essentials and I placed an online order for pickup but it wasn’t ready so I canceled and went in. By the time I got in line it was across the store. The employees were so quick and polite it felt like no time. They handled the traffic wonderfully.

The staff was swift & courteous. Through online pick up, I was able to order limited stock items in time for the holiday without worry. Good job, Target! Merry Christmas.

Every time I go to Target I have a great shopping experience, it is the most peaceful store I have been to.Shelly at the North Olmsted Store is the most friendliest cashier I have met their and always greets you with a smile on her face.😀

Fabulous Service! I needed an all-in-one printer and Target was the last place I thought of. I went to 2 Best Buy stores and then went to Office Max. No store had the printer I desired. I reluctantly went on your site and that is when the MAGIC began. Not only did you have the item in stock, but the ease of placing the order and then the pickup options was truly amazing. The store greeter was very helpful and the young girls in customer pickup were very friendly and helpful. Target rules in my book! Keep up the great work.

The customer service at the Target Store in North Olmsted, Ohio is fantastic! I called ahead to confirm that a Lodge Dutch Oven (070019299) was in stock. An employee named James checked for me and told me that he would have two color and size selections at the Guest Service desk for me. I drove to the Target in North Olmsted, Ohio and the items were waiting for me. I did purchase one. Also, I met James who was very professional and helpful. In my opinion, James would be an excellent manager because of his customer service attitude.

I had my baby with me and little time to go to the store and shop so I thought I'd order online and try this service. It was a terrific experience. (And I didn't have to haul my little one in and out of the car in the weather!) My order was filled quickly and when I got to the store brought out in less than 5 minutes. The employee was incredibly friendly and the whole experience was something I look forward to repeating in the future.

My pick up order was easy and efficient. My daughter does curbside pickup at Target all the time and she suggested I try either in-store or curbside pick up. Experience was good. I was very happy and will use in store or curbside more often now.

I can't speak highly enough about this store, friendly, helpful staff. The store is clean and sanitized non stop, they are following all the covid-19 guidelines and rules, actually above and beyond to keep the store clean and safe for everyone. It's always very well stocked, you can order online and do curb side pick up in the event you don't want to go in and shop, they also deliver so you can do same day delivery. This store always has multiple lines open for fast check out, self check out is offered as well. It's never over crowded, there are never long endless lines like you see at other places all because they are fully staffed have many many lines at check out open not just one or 2, by doing this alone it eliminates your wait time to check out. Fantastic job. I stopped shopping at the other comparable stores because they just aren't doing the same job as Target. They won me as a customer for life.

Let's face it, we all have extremely busy lifestyles nowadays! I absolutely love Target drive-up because I can just order on my phone, drive to the store and a team member brings me my stuff and puts it in my car! Drive-up is fast, easy and so convenient! Thanks Target!

I enjoyed my visit. I plan to shop here more often. The store was very clean, and the isle was clear. Easy to move a cart around. Great prices. No wait time at checkout.

The customer service at this target went beyond the beyond! I was waiting for them to open and called the minute they did figuring they would be annoyed that I had to call at this minute, but I was having a wedding shoe emergency! Aaron (on carts) answered so cheerfully. I wanted to make sure the store actually had the shoe I wanted before stopping on my way to the wedding. I did not disclose to him why I needed this shoe, but he went and found the shoe in my size and held it for me at the customer service counter. I was able to just run in, pay, and run back out. Aaron you saved the day, THANK YOU 🙏🏻

Easy pickup. Target App makes it easy to notify staff when you are on your way. App is shown to Target sales person to confirm the order. Well organized pickup system. Would highly recommend.
