My first time going. It was everything that they advertise. Fresh, great tasting food. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They were of course super busy and it didn't interfere with their quality. I don't have to tell y'all to go because EVERYBODY is always there. 😁

Always a pleasure. How do you not love chick-fil-a. Even with the economy created by the current administration you can still get chicken at a fair price. Recently tried the Mac and cheese and it’s amazing. Overall the food is consistent and of high quality. The people could not be any nicer and they jam orders through the drive through like there’s a prize. Love love love this place.

Stopped for lunch with the daughter and grandkids. While waiting for our food, the granddaughter made some friends playing in the play area. We were able to find a seat at the window to keep an eye on her. Food was good as always. Sorry that the honey pimento sandwich is no longer on the menu. They were giving out samples of the peppermint shake. Will have to try that next time.

Have always had great food from this Chick Fil A. Great and fast service even when there's huge lines.

I really enjoy having breakfast here, customer friendly service, great selections to choose from, always clean establishment and they get your special orders correct.
The chicken bowl is pretty good, try it with extra chicken.
I wish they bring back the spicy chicken biscuit with pepper jack cheese. The peach tea lemonade is also a great new item

Maybe it's nostalgia and the fact we don't have many (if any) chick-fil-a's by our house but we love their food and this location did well. Kids ordered 30 nuggets and they were all fresh and ready fairly quickly. Dining room and bathrooms were clean as well.

We went there this past Thursday at the great northern location. The food was great, fresh, and they had the play area opened up so my 3yr old was super excited. I dont know what made her more happy the fact the play area was open or that the employees took her to let her make her own ice cream cone. It was a great experience and really friendly service.

If they weren't donors to the Trump campaign, I would eat there every day. As it would turn out, they were the only fast food around while I was driving through the city.

*Perfect* *Perfect* *Perfect* What more can I say, the Food the Service the Owners are Simply Perfect, there's Not a better place to buy delicious good quality fast food. I want to stop at every Chick-fil-A and give them support and business this is amazing establishment with perfect owners. "Treat Your People Good and Your People will Treat You Good"

The Chick-Fil-A in North Olmsted is always busy. People are often wrapped around the building waiting for the drive thru. They get through the line pretty fast.

Today we ordered through the app and picked it up in the store. Our food was hot and ready when we picked it up.

Of course the sandwiches and fries were amazing. Ordering through the app., we also had enough points to get a free cookie. The cookie is amazing. If you’ve never tried one. My kids and I think they’re better than Crumbl’s chocolate chip cookie. But you’ll have to decide for yourself.

Typical chick fil a service great! The only problem you might have is the location. During rush hour, it's hard to get out of the area

We are inside for a quick lunch and was happy with the quality of the food and the shirt wait. This is a very popular location and gets a lot of traffic, the driver through was very busy.

Decided to stop at Chick-fil-A for lunch. Went inside cause drive thru was ridiculously long as usual. Chicken sandwiches hit the spot as usual.

It was great had the salad and chicken sandwiches service was quick and easy. In and out about an hour. The food was delicious.

Great customer service, everyone is so nice here! The food is fantastic as always. Super quick service too for dine in.

Looove the Spicey chicken deluxe with mac & chz. Also the FROSTED LEMONADE is ridiculously good, it's like creamey frozen goodness🤤

Stopped here while driving through and was very impressed with food, service, and promptness. Associate taking orders was knowledgeable about dietary restrictions and made sure to mark my meal GF for my celiac. Our order was correct and I was able to enjoy a hot chicken sandwich and fries (they have a dedicated fryer!) With no issues! I have Celiac and am highly reactive and understand the risks of eating out but I was very appreciative of the efforts theyade to ensure my meal was safe for me to eat! Highly recommend this Chick-fil-A!

Absolutely wonderful staff and facility. The team went above and beyond for us. They gave my daughter a free kids book because I ordered a regular meal for her instead of a kids meal. The service was efficient and the kids play area was clean. Excellent Chick-fil-A!
