My husband bought a suit today and the staff member in the men's dept. was great! He was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was taking care of numerous customers and doing an excellent job. Kudos to Frank! Hope Macy's realizes what they have in him. Employees like him are nearly impossible to find.

As a native New Yorker, this store reminds me of my home in Manhattan. Fabulous selection of fashion and fragrance. I love this store!

Bought a sofa bed. The help in the furniture department was top notch. The follow up after the sale and delivery surpassed my expectations.

I did a pick up order in store and it was very convenient. The employees at pick up were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was nicely organized and orderly.

Sales lady and Dior Rep, in the perfume department, were awesome! They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! Above and beyond, phenomenal

I was there to pick up an order. There were 5 shoppers in line before me, and it was handle quickly by the two associates. I was informed about the in store promotions by the associates, which I thought was nice and very helpful. The line in the department store was super slow. To the point the shopper behind me said, " they have the two slowest associates working on Saturday. I guess we should be happy they have associates." They were the only associates in the lower area.

I have been ordering dresses online for my son's upcoming wedding and I did finally settle on one but I have returned items several times and every time I was in and out in minutes and the people who waited on me were friendly and fast.

Customer service was fabulous! Thank you Madai Shibsahai for going above and beyond to help me find the right dress.

Visited the jewelry department and the saleslady was unbelievably fantastic.

Had a gift in mind for a loved one. Had a problem with what they wanted. Had no experience with the product at all . Contacted the manufacturer for information. Went with my limited information and understanding to Macy's. I called ahead and talked to a person in cosmetics her name was Jessica. That was my good fortune. The amount of knowledge that she had and shared with me was huge. So glad to have had a person that went the extra mile. Jessica at the Great Northern Macy's cosmetics is the bomb.

Macy's is clean, they have good products and clothes. They also have very good sales, if that's what you are looking for. However they are short of help. Less cashier's when I went 3 weeks ago. They have social distancing at the registers . Less jewelry than before the virus hit.

The staff member I worked with for an exchange and then a second time for a purchase was very friendly and helpful. She said that this wasn't her department but was still very helpful. She was sure to explain the return policy of my last act purchases.

Still a favourite place for me after so many years.

I was looking for Gucci guilty samples for my friend whose brother passed away and wore it. (She's stationed in italy) and the vendors here at macys made it happen I appreciate them so so much!
