Brittany and Lauren were fantastic servers! We had a large group event. The food was fantastic. Communication with staff from the first contact through planning and the meal was excellent. Customer service and great quality food at a good price. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon Burntwood Tavern!

We had a group of 30 or so. We sat "outside" on the heated space. It was comfortable. Brittany and Lauren were amazing. They were attentive, patient, and genuinely happy to be at work. It was very refreshing to go out have great service, great atmosphere and great food. Thank you

This was our first time at Burntwood. Our server (Laura) was amazing! She knew the menu like a pro and helped us decide on our meals. She was very fun and engaged with us throughout our meal, making it super fun! She’s a real asset to Burntwood! Food was fantastic and the restaurant decor really made the experience great! We will definitely be back!

I found this restaurant to be a really good experience. You can't help but notice the beautiful rugged atmosphere of it but you can feel how well kept and clean that atmosphere is. The menu has a lot of great selections and I have to smile when I think of how rarely we hear somebody say " boy that was a great salad "...... But it was and I'm the one who said it. I like the fact that their portions are very substantial and you feel like you got more for your money in what you ordered. It is also a very varied menu with absolutely something for every pallet and appetite that walks in there. If you check out the menu carefully you'll find they also give you an opportunity to have a half portion of two different servings, for example a half a bowl of lobster bisque and half a salad in order to complete a full meal. It gives you a chance to check out the flavors of other things that they offer. They have a great French onion soup and I wasn't kidding when I said their house salad is absolutely delicious and loaded with many tasty and healthy bites. They also have a full bar, outdoor seating in the back which almost whisks you away to a really nice atmosphere where you have no choice but to relax and enjoy. In the winter they have a roaring fireplace, nice tall ceilings that give you the feeling of a luxurious lodge, and a wait staff that knows how to take care of its clientele. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, welcoming and delicious........ These are words that can easily apply to the Burntwood tavern.

From the moment we stepped foot in the door till we left we were greeted by Laura and other staff members.

Food and service were all amazing. Laura was our server- we enjoyed not only her service but also her conversation.

Will be coming back for sure.

We had a table of 10 for my daughter's 35th birthday. The food was great. But I have to say that Virginia our server made the evening even better. We had a lot of orders and kids to. She was so cheerful and handled our table perfectly with our food coming out fast. She was so good with the kids. And just made the evening more special with her cheerful service. We will definitely ask for Virginia the next time we go to eat at Burntwood tavern. Thank you Virginia and Burntwood Tavern for the lovely dinner and celebration we had tonight. Definitely a five-star service and dinner.

We went to this north Olmsted location for our 26th wedding anniversary. Our server Brittany was fantastic. She was attentive, went above and beyond and the food was fantastic. Will definitely go here again!
The fish tacos and the chicken milanese were outstanding. And the tavern tater tots— get them!!!!

Brittany and Laura hosted a 25 + baby shower and everything was Top service. Food and friendliness and atmosphere was perfect. Thanks girls!

Burntwood has a nice atmosphere and good menu selection. We always ask to be seated in Laura’s section because she is a pro, makes sure everything goes right. Somehow she makes sure our experience is relaxed yet efficient. Appreciate the great service!

We went here for lunch today and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The service was top notch and the food was excellent! We highly recommend coming in and seeing for yourself!

I had a such a great experience here! My burger was delicious and my waitress, Brittany, made the experience even better. She gave great service and was very friendly. Would definitely come again just for the top notch service.

My mom and I had the pleasure of being served by Anna for our lunch today. Very nice, sweet, and attentive. This is one of our favorite spots for lunch. We of course, will be back.

Brittany, our server, was one of the best we've had the pleasure of dealing with. She was attentive, but not hovering, and a good sense of humor. Food is consistently good, each Burntwood has their own personality.

Laura at our North Olmsted Burntwood Tavern is without a doubt one of the nicest and most attentive waiter we’ve ever had. Her, along with Sarah made our visit very special, Sarah took the time listen to our reason for our visit, as we were celebrating a positive Brain MRI readout for my wife who fights MS and genuinely shared in our excitement. This is our spot and it’s only so because of the Laura’s and Sarah’s!
