Ordered double baconator combo. Got a different sandwich. Spoke to manager and she was extremely nice and honored her word of fixing it. Food is fresh service is quality. Thank you.

We wanted 2 dine in and the doors were locked at 730pm so We went fot Chinese cuz the drive thru was packed

I must say, the team that works at this location is pretty great. I have been here (mostly late at night) and I've never had bad food or hospitality! The workers are friendly and the food is always fresh! Thank you to all who work there!

They've worked hard to remodel and update this place. Looks great.

Wendy's is still a great deal and tastes better than those arches burgers and fries. Breakfast menu also rules. This location could be tricky with small drive for drive through, but they moved the line so fast it's never backs up too much.

Friendly, food was good as usual and it didn't take long. They're definitely short staffed, and they seem to manage. A lot of other big box restaurants/stores can learn a thing or two from this Wendy's.

The drive through went fairly quickly for the number of cars in line. We each had the Dave's single combo. It was prepared as we ordered, everything was hot, cheese was melted properly (unlike the cold piece of cheese slapped on a cold sandwich at another Wendy's location). The staff was friendly, prompt and did their jobs correctly. Thanks for a great meal!

This location is notorious for understaffed and 20+ min (seriously) wait times in drive thru. Seems new mgmt and experienced employees turned this around. Let's hope this high quality service continues!

Love this Wendy’s. Its the only one that is ever consistent in their hours and open late! The only part of my order they’ve ever messed up is sauces which is not a big deal and the food is always hot and fresh! Gone for breakfast lunch and late night runs probably close to hundreds of times now and only had meh staff maybe once or twice. Ive never been inside but the only times I’ve had to wait in the drive through line were at peak times or when the person in front of me orders bags and bags of food and even then the wait is not ever very long.

Went through the drive through. I received the most picture perfect double with everything and cheese I have ever seen. The fries were hot and crisp. 2 thumbs up for thos location!

Their new fries are legit. I got a free spicy chicken sandwich from stupid T-mobile, which ended up being good. Just spicy enough. Fast service and hot food. Nice job folks. Go try Wendy's again...Ohio created and loved. Get some yum.

Great place. Dining room closed due to staffing issues, but what do you expect when the federal government will pay you more to stay home and not work. Plus, no different than anywhere else right now. But, the drive through service was super fast and friendly. I was glad their drive through was at least staffed and functioning well. Looked like a clean place. Very good frosties.

Excellent. All staff on duty are good. Kudos to Keith. Clean responsive restaurant. I mentioned 1 ketchup low and 1 out. Both were filled likety split. Was a 5 star rating prior to pandemic now a 3 star. Doors locked for inside dining. No sign on doors indicating. Drive thru only 7 car line.

Very nice Wendy's restaurant. Not crowded. Clean inside. Love the 4 for 4 deal and the 5 dollar biggie bag. Less then 15 dollars for 3 of us. Oh and this one had cream yummy soda in the pop machine!

I'm glad that the quality of the food hasn't changed much, but the quality of service has seen a steep decline. I understand that a long line can create a stressful environment for employees, but that is no excuse to be short with customers at the speaker. "I didn't even hear your order" is not an acceptable way to ask the customer to repeat themself. Very disappointed.

Very impressed with manager(I think Kate or Katrina) at night even though she had a lot of tattoos she was pleasant and seemed to work well under pressure(it was busy and hardly any employees.)gotta give it to her for being a trooper

Always good when you're in a pinch

Just got the 4 for $4 meal. Super fast and efficient friendly service. The best and freshest junior bacon cheeseburger I've gotten from a Wendy's in literally years. Great job guys. Keep doing what you're doing!
