The people that run the place are nice and helpful, with a great selection of wine, spirits and beer. They have an awesome beer cave with a ton of heady beers to choose from. I suggest going to this liquor store.

I found a couple unique bottles of liquor at a decent price, if not lower than some others.. They definitely know how to ship liquor!! It was wrapped really well!! They weren’t going to chance shipping my items and then breaking on the way!

Excellent selection of rums, including some hard-to-find bottles, and multiple mix syrups and odd liqueurs for the ultimate punch-packing, palette-pleasing Polynesian pleasure punch. I bought 5 bottles on line to pickup at the store. The full order wasn’t ready and I was leaving the city. The guy who took care of me had the kindness to gave me the rest of my money back and one bottle free.

I recently ordered three bottles of rum from Chip's, and I'm very pleased with the result. I live on the east coast and had them shipped. I called ahead to make sure everything was in stock and the man who spoke with me was very helpful and cordial. Ordering from their website was easy and their selection (especially of rum) is phenomenal. The bottles arrived in a timely manner and were very safely packaged.

If you have any questions or concerns about an order, you should call them! Many online liquor shops don't have a phone number, forcing you to communicate with customer service reps via email. One warning: if you live on the east coast, don't expect lightning-fast shipping. Mine took a little over a week to arrive, and that's perfectly reasonable. They're a local spirits shop, not Amazon.

Having ordered online for pick-up, and just gone in to browse several times, I've been able to find tequilas that have been sold out elsewhere around town. They've also been helpful with tracking down bottles I'm looking for, and contacting me when they arrive. Impressive quality selection all around.

Ours roots marionberry vodka was not in stock, Chips kept us up to date on its arrival. It arrived when they said it would.

Hands down no doubt the best tasting single barrel bourbon on the market and love the idea I know when it was made by the dates on the label and from where in the warehouse it had been aged, has a nice balanced bite and at the same time a smooth warm sensation going down and leaves a very pleasant taste in your mouth. I just wish the bottle still came in the velvet pouch.

I have found some hard to get bourbons here (at a good price too), and they were shipped/delivered quite quickly. I will definitely continue buying from Chips Liquor when I'm shopping online for whiskey.
