The pharmacist Ally is a tremendous asset to the Pacific Beach store. She helped me more then the dermatologist did. After trying prescription from the dermatologist, I went back to ask Ally, as the medication was not working. She looked at the rash on my neck and suggested I try a over the counter antifungal cream. Good by rash thanks to a super pharmacist, named Ally. Thanks Again

The pharmacy staff was very helpful when I showed up for my vaccine appointment with 4 additional walk-ins! We were in and out with great help!

Made my husband an appointment for a vaccine. Appointment wasn’t until evening, but we stopped by in the morning and the pharmacy was very accommodating and was able to get him in within 20 min. We had our pup with us and the cashier at the front gave her a treat on the way out 🥰

Friendly cashiers, great service, and presentable store. The staff here are always so helpful and I prefer shopping here over the CVS across the street because of the people that work at this location. The appearance of the store is impeccable every time I come in. I'm always greeted at the door and I'm also always able to find what I need at the store as everything is very organized.

I just wanted to give this Rite Aid a verbal “high five”! When I came last week to garb some snacks, the staff was very helpful. Everyone there went out of their way to make me feel special. This Rite Aid is my new favorite!

I cannot express how helpful and accommodating their pharmacy staff is. I previously went to CVS and Costco and I won’t go back to either of those pharmacies. Rite Aid staff printed out instructions and took the to explain things when my insurance changed, they followed up with my doctor and insurance without me having to ask and while I’m rarely in a hurry to get things filled, they are extremely fast which is just a bonus. I feel bad I don’t know their names to thank them personally but I plan on letting their manager know how stellar that are.

Excellent service, I often visit this location for my needs. It's not the closest one to my house but it's the best. Very well run store, neat and clean with the items that I need in stock. Especially helpful staff, they always steer me in the right direction. Will be back soon.

I had a terrible experience at this store.
I was thirsty and decided to pop in to get some water and a couple other things. As I walked towards the cooler for water this lady comes running up to me and starts yelling ... Get Out Of This Store!!! I thought at first she was talking to someone else as I was just minding my own business and had not even made eye contact with anyone.
Turing around to see what all the commotion was about I realize she was yelling at me? I said excuse me... did I do something wrong? She just kept yelling Get Out Of This Store!!!
Again I said ..what did I do wrong?
She wouldn't say what but mention something about s cashier told me to?
It just left a very sour feeling inside me about for this store and thought it was just plain rude.
Especially when she couldn't even tell me what I did wrong.
I realize after that maybe they might have thought I was someone else? But they never even offer the grace to explain.

Tamanika went above and beyond helping my family visiting from out of town. Alana in pharmacy was so helpful and got my dad some medication to hold him over when he forgot his at home.

This brand new pharmacy just opened. Everything is well stocked and super clean. It's easy to find what I need. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Easy parking in the 30 minute spots right in front.

This place is awesome. I had a small talk with someone with long ginger hair. They are so nice and made me feel welcomed.

Shelves are neatly organized. I needed help finding a product and the employee actually walk with me to the aisle to find the product! Saves me time!

Friendly neighborhood pharmacy. Good service overall both from the front cashiers and the pharmacists in back. Standard selection of items. Decent prices.

My grandfather is a senior citizen now, and his one of the loyal customers of this drug store because aside from they have the best quality of medicine they also offer a discount for him.
