I have a love-hate relationship with DSW. I love shopping here, but hate spending money. I went in looking for one pair of red pumps. Found a great pair by Jessica Simpson. Then purchased 2 pairs of black pumps and a pair of Infant Converse. Returned the next day and bought a pair of Timberlands on clearance. A pair of toddler Converse and a pair of Timberlands for an Infant. I must have looked at almost every womens shoe for a few hours. Signed up as a DSW VIP member for a discount. Great selections of Mauve and Toupe colors too. Store opens at 10 am.

I want to say special thanks to Sarai; she is an outstanding sales associate and went above and beyond to help my Son to find the right shoe for him and spent over one hour. First time visiting this location at Katy and I received a very good impression. The store is kept in order and it has a great variety of shoes specially women's sneakers. I found a lovely pair of sandals. Don't forget to visit the clearance area and enroll in its DSW Rewards program.

A great place. One problem is that if your size is not on the floor, then either forget it. The employees will automatically tell you to check the website. Makes me wonder if it could be in the back....

Nice store. Very clean. I was hoping to find something on clearance, but I couldn't find anything. I ended up paying more than I intended, but I really needed a pair of shoes for a wedding.

Went to exchange the beautiful rubber boots My son and his family got me for my Birthday last year. I was able to get the same color, hand painted flowers, just in a larger size. .They are perfect. The employees were very helpful, fantastic customer service.

Great shoes at a reasonable price. A little slow at checkout, however it had a lot to do with the customer holding up the line

I use to never shop at DSW until they opened one close to my house. When I first visited DSW I was greeted with a smile by Nhi. She is pleasant, and very knowledgeable of the products. Nhi goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers have a great shopping experience.
This review is in reference to my recent visit on 11/2/18. I ordered some shoes online because they didn't have my size in the store, and I got them shipped to the store to make sure I receive them. After work I went to DSW to pick up the shoes. When I there Nhi asked did I want to look at the shoes? I said yes, and I wasn't happy with the appearance because they didn't look like the ones that were in the store, but wasn't the size that I needed. I looked around and I couldn't find any shoes that I liked, so I went to the counter and I told her that I didn't want the shoes. She asked me was I sure? I told her yes I'm sure, and I don't want the shoes. She said okay, and then she checked some information in the computer. When she was finished, she told me that the shoes that I purchased online are
40% off in the store. I told her okay, then I will take them. I was so happy, and she made my day because I really wanted those shoes. After checking me out she put a coupon in my bag for an upcoming sale. She is also fast and accurate with checkout and she has such a welcoming spirit, and she provided me with excellent customer service. Nhi is definitely an asset to the company. Thank you DSW for hiring such a wonderful person.

This is my new local DSW. I’ve come to buy 3 times, had to return a pair of shoes and exchange them once, no issues in all my visits. Girls are usually very busy but friendly.

I took my 84-year-old mother, who hates big box stores. She bought four pairs of shoes - LOL! And I bought two, that I absolutely couldn't do without!
