Ramie was not pushy in helping us select a new phone. He gave great advice on starting up. We highly recommend him.

Orlando was very helpful and patient. He helped me with my wife's phone upgrade as well as my upgrade. He was very informative and made sure we left with my wife's phone working properly and ordered mine to pick up at the store so he could also help me with any issues on transferring into my upgrade.

Stef helped me she was very knowledgeable & patient with me. Came for an upgrade & was in & out in no time. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Excellent customer service.

Maleesh was a great salesperson. He was so nice in telling me about the Iphone15. Looking forward to using my new phone.

Just wanted to point out that Maleesh goes above and beyond for his customers. Helped us step by step through the process of switching carriers and of course purchasing our new phones. Not only was he attending us very well but he also acknowledged every customer that came in and that’s really good customer service. We lasted maybe an hour in the store but it was definitely worth it and it shows how dedicated this gentleman was about going the extra mile for his customers and that truly made us feel important. We are very satisfied with his service and of course the best experience as new AT&T customers :) will definitely come back to see this gentleman for my future services! Wish I could contact management for this, because this gentleman needs to be recognized! :)

As soon as we got in we got acknowledged as customers. We sat at table and after 20 min we walked out as happy customers. I was amazed with knowledge of products and advices we got. Before we came to this store, we tried other location, but they were so busy , even didn’t say hello. This store was amazing. During my waiting time I watched other customers, everyone left quickly and happy. I can only say thank you.

Rameez was patient, knowledgeable and able to assist us quickly. This was the quickest and easiest phone upgrade we ever participated in. It was a pleasant experience!

At the Katy store: My customer service associate was Amanda. She was phenomenal. She listened to what I came in for and what my needs were. She was personable and easy to talk to. She was able to get set up with a new phone and new service and my phone transferred from another provider. Once I purchased the phone, she got all my information moved to the new phone. I truly appreciate her taking her time and all the work she put into getting my service set up. She was supposed to get off at 5pm but my phone wasn't done until almost 6pm and she stayed throughout his process. She is an exceptional employee and she truly is the reason I am now an AT&T customer. Thank you Amanda!

This is my second time in the store and my experience was great once again! I worked with najeeb and he helped me get my phone and now my Apple Watch as well. The manager Rameez was very helpful throughout the process and was helping take care of me throughout the process as well.

We finally made the switch from T-maybe/Sprint, to AT&T. This would not had been the day, but Melissa made the transaction so amazingly pleasant and flawless. Had it not been for her amazing attitude and professionalism, my wife would of walked out immediately. Thank you Melissa. We will be back to add more lines in the near future. God bless you.

Ok - let me start off by saying. I am a new customer. My account is not even a week old. I ordered the IPhone 13 Max Pro and was shipped a defective phone that does not charge. I have spoken to countless customer service reps, supervisors and I actually went into the corporate location in Sugar land Town Center. The manager there was not willing to assist me with replacing this phone because it was an online order and not purchased at his store. I contacted this location and Lorena answered. After explaining the issue, she was willing to assist me. Drove to the store and low and behold she replaced my phone with no hesitation at all. Every other At&T employee gave me the run around and wanted to charge a restocking fee and/or taxes for the new phone which made absolutely zero sense!! I spent 6 hours of my time yesterday trying to get another phone but no one was willing to help. I was at the point of closing this account. It’s sad I had to drive 40 minutes to receive excellent customer service but, I’m so happy I did. Lorena, you’re awesome! Thanks for your help today!
