DXL Big + Tall

Perfect place for big and tall dudes, a bit pricey but the fashion is unreal. Service is quick, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend signing up for the membership card and emails as they do a ton of sales. The sales real btw is a nice way to build a solid collection of really nice fitting and good quality clothes for a solid price!

Staff manager world class service. They know what's there, what I've bought before, where it is and go. If it's not in they order it on line send direct to house. I wish they had more super quality shirt choices and still did custom clothes but I get it. Wonderful go to store for me. Easy, Fast, Quality, large.

There was only one worker and he was pulling stock around the store. He did keep checking on me and was helpful when I was ready.

They have a lot good quality and cheap clothes for men. My son love to come here for his clothes for work. Staffs are friendly too

Found this place for the first time looking for Big and Tall stores in the Katy area. After seeing what little there was to offer at conventional stores, I was amazed at the selection available from multiple brands here at DXL.

The prices were half of what I found at the one store at the mall and the lady who helped us named Princess actually went and found shirts in my size on a couple different racks that would look good and brought them to me and my wife.

6/5 absolutely would shop again.

Evan and Cecee were incredibly friendly and helpful! I normally loathe shopping for new clothes, but between them and the excellent layout of the store, I had a pleasant time with it.

Mr. Jonathan at the Westheimer location is more than awesome. He goes above and beyond for his customers and believes it or not he knows his stuff. I will tell you from my experiences, reach out and don't feel embarrassed to seek his advice, especially for those of you who are trying to find something that fits and same time elegant. I went there for my busy son and I was very happy that Mr. Jonathan was there for me my son is very pleased with the whole encounter.
I will return again and my family will not hesitate to shop at the Westheimer location. Thanks a million, Mr. Jonathan keep up the company's excellence for you deserve the best 👍.

My experience at this store was spectacular! All the ladies (Carrie, Anne Marie, Tiffany & Darlene) really care about you and know how to make you feel like shopping here was the best choice you made for yourself all week... Customer service and attention to detail is something this store is on top for sure... Yes. My 17 yr old finally found what he needed, his size clothing! Variety quality and specially the size needed for tall people and big! Will come back to DXL...

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT STAFF! I don't like going shopping and more so when I have to drive a bit of distance to find a store that has my size. HOWEVER the staff is always great here and gets me in and out quickly. Sign up for their emails to get heads up on the sales as well as coupons.

Princess was extremely helpful locating shirts for my son. She took a personal interest when I called and inquired about my lost hearing aid while shopping two weeks ago-#Covid mask casualty! And Kathy at the register was super chill with my returns and purchases so close to closing time with a long line of customers. You ladies ‘rock.’

Excellent customer service on this particular visit. When visiting this location it's a hit or miss with getting assistance with in-store shopping. I was returning an item and purchasing another, and customer service attendant "Princess " Hit it out of the the park!!!!!
