I had written a positive review about 3 years ago and I had to delete it to write a new review. Diana the service manager was amazing! I broke latch on my middle console. When I went to pick up the part I had no idea how to put it on. I happened to see her in the service desk area working with another customer. I asked her if she could help me attach the part. She said that she was not familiar with that part but she would find someone who was and have them attach it and just like that I had it done. I can't say enough about Diana. As long as I have my Acura I will always have it serviced at John Eagle just because I have received such white glove service from Diana. She the best service manager that I have ever met. I only have my cars serviced at the dealers so I have seen a lot of service managers and Diana is heads and shoulders above all of them. Thank you Diana!

I enjoy going to this dealership because all the customer service agents provide great customer service. Especially, I had Omar on my last service and he was excellent and professional. In addition, I was happy with the complementary car wash he gave me.

I went to purchase a used vehicle for my father. I spoke with TJ, the manager over used vehicles. He was pleasant and straight forward about the pricing. My sales consultant was Daniel. He was and still is very helpful whenever I have questions. Demetrius was my finance consultant. He patiently went over various warranty coverages with me. Everyone I dealt with or encountered was nice. I left feeling good about the entire experience.

We have been Acura customers for almost 10 years, but this was our first time dealing with this dealership. We are so glad that we came here to purchase our 2024 Acura RTX from David and the team. I just want to say David was exemplary and his customer service skills were top-notch! John Eagle Acura, you are lucky to have him on your team!

He has helped me get a loaner whenever I decide I don’t want to wait around and keeps me informed on what my car might need. Shortly after I moved to Houston, a maintenance sign appeared, so I visited without an appointment. And they took care of it right away. Although there was nothing urgent to fix, Erick explained things to be careful of in the future. I could understand, even though English is not my first language. I was satisfied with their service and I will use their services again!!

I've been coming to John Eagle Acura since 2015. I've taken 3 different Acuras to their service department during this time. I've always received courteous, attentive, quality service here. My most recent visit was with Erick Vega who went above and beyond to address any concerns and make me comfortable while I waited.

Eric Y was very personable and easy-going. There were some concerns that I had for my vehicle which Eric was unable to address directly, but made it priority to coordinate with the technician to speak with me about the vehicle to provide clarification, and ultimately resolve the concerns I had.

The service advisors work efficiently and communicate very well with the technicians to ensure the client is well taken care of.

Wonderful place. Our sales guy, David Guzman, did a fantastic job in getting us in a car quickly. The service dept worked hard getting us a tow hitch installed onto the new vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

Eric Vega was the best. Very thourough and knowledgeable of service needs. Eric took the time to research past services done on my newly purchased used car to ensure I was not purchasing unnecessary services. I can really respect that. Eric is a stellar guy and very concerned about safety versus overselling services. Eric made my experience a true pleasure!!!
