Went in with my mother who was in the market for a new living room furniture set.
We were greeted by Kendrick who was so knowledgeable, kind & professional! It’s always such a nice experience shopping when the sales reps know exactly what they’re selling & show the right stuff.

We got a custom living room set and are so excited to receive it! This is our second large purchase from Rooms to Go & probably not our last.

My husband and I have been discussing the purchase of new patio furniture a couple of years! We both know we did NOT want wicker. We walked into RTG and Ernestine in the outdoor section listened to our description of our likes/dislikes and led us straight to the Lake Tahoe patio seating group. It is perfect for our needs. We received it within the week. and we’ve spent every evening enjoying our patio ever since! Kudos to Ernestine and her expertise coupled with helpful attitude!

My husband and I walked into Rooms to go and was immediately welcomed by David, who was very welcoming and provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and showed us all possible options. We will definitely ask for David next time we are ready to purchase more furniture and are appreciative that he was so personable and professional.

Beautiful experience from top to bottom. Damaris was incredible and respected our time and budget. Got us the perfect couch and we were in and out in no time. She is very knowledgeable about the products and guided us through the entire process of financing. Store was also clean.

I went in just to see what was available in the outlet area. Michelle Robinson was the first to greet me and ask what I was shopping for. She showed me each of the sleeper sofas that was available plus accent chairs to match. While I was contemplating which sleeper and which recliner as an accent chair, Prince Marshall was moving furniture and I asked him a question about powering a chair. He went out of his way to help me and was a tremendous help. He also referred me to the floor manager, Jose, who also helped me with everything. I loved the teamwork and comradery between Michelle, Jose, and Prince. I will definitely return to purchase from Rooms To Go. Thank you Michelle, Jose, and Prince.

Ask for Janice!!! She was the best salesman! We came in to order a sectional that we had seen and loved. Janice helped us from beginning to end. She wasn’t pushy. She knew her stuff and had answers to all my questions. She was very kind, helpful, and patient. Thank you, Janice!!

**The salesman at most furniture places work off commission. Be nice to them and ask for the person who initially helped you!

My husband and I went shopping for a Bedroom set. We went to Rooms to go in Brookshire. We were welcomed by David. He gave us time to look around and checked on us to see if we had any questions (no pressure at all). David was excellent! Very friendly, informative and detailed with answering all our questions. Highly recommend. Ask for David and you will not be disappointed.

Came to buy a recliner and was helped by Brad Page! While he let us look around at our own pace he did make suggestions and at the end we looked for him to make the sale! He was very patient during the credit process! Bought a great chair!

Bought bed and mattress. Thomas Hernandez was the best salesman, he was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Answered all my questions and helped me choose the right mattress as well. He even stayed after the store close time and his shift end time. Really appreciate it.

This experience of buying furniture was made great by Thomas. He was so patient with me and showed me so many options. I was getting a little frustrated and he came up and showed me everything they could do, explained everything well and I am very happy. Will always come back here if I need any other furniture.

David was our salesperson and he did an outstanding job. He let us look at our own pace, checked in periodically to answer questions and when we were ready to make a decision, he made sure to understand our needs and what exactly we were looking for. I would highly recommend working with him. We have a new house and a lot of furniture to buy. We will definitely return again soon.

This place exceeded my expectation! Having purchased in the past from another location who did not provide the best service, I didn’t expect much. My sales associate Bianca was extremely patient, kind and sweet. She never rushed us and told us to think on what we wanted because it was a big purchase. Her manager was also extremely sweet and went out of his way to thank us for shopping with them. I can honestly say I loved the experience!!!!

Great experience! We found a sectional we loved and Raul helped us out every step of the way. He was super patient , friendly and not pushy at all ! We called him back the next day and said we were ready to purchase and he even stayed later than his shift to help us finalize everything. Highly recommend this location. Super clean showroom, beautiful furniture and like I said Raul was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the questions we had about different items. This is our 2nd time buying from this location and both times have been wonderful.

This was a great experience! Gary was absolutely wonderful! Very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! He wasn’t one of those ovet the top pushy salesmen, which was a huge plus! We were in, done and out in about 30 minutes!
