This store is full of new merchandise, friendly and helpful staff. Smells great.

I enjoyed my shopping experience mostly bc of Kaylie! So kind and sweet to deal with. Helpful to make my purchases feel more fun 🤩 I also was grateful to the manager for stop what she was doing to help me find a price on a piece of furniture 🪑 I was interested in buying ~ please keep the Sale prices $$ going so we can continue to indulge!

On 09/23/2021 I wandered into this Kirkland’s location. It has been a terrible time for me and I thought buying something for the holidays would bring a little Fall cheer. I forgot to snap a pic of an idea I saw on TV because I’m not great at putting items together. As I tried to piece things together, I failed miserably.

Enter Anna! She was so sweet and really has an eye for decorating. Anna was able to build a cute Halloween/Fall setting around the cream colored light up truck of which I love. I wanted something I could transition from Halloween to Thanksgiving easily while keeping the truck as the centerpiece. Plus I didn’t want to go too crazy since I’m in the process of moving and needed something I could easily pack right before moving day.

The picture shows the items she pieced together for me. It’s not cluttered and will be a very easy transition from Halloween to Thanksgiving. Easy to pack, too. love it! Many thanks to Anna! (I have a few more touches to add but you get the idea.)

There were two girls in there today that were so nice helpful and accommodating to me! They helped me pick out perfect pieces to match my chair that I got and they made my living room aesthetic wishes come true! definitely coming here again and recommending this location in particular!! Thank you guys!!

I haven't been there in a few years and I could have spent a million dollars. I love the items they carry.

I want to take the time to thank your store employees in the store off of I-10 in Katy, TX. I went in looking for Christmas decor and saw a wicker Christmas tree skirt cover that I fell in love with. Three of your employees went above and beyond to try to find me one like the one on the floor display In the back room. When they couldn’t find it they all worked as a team to literally lift the decorated tree to give me the wicker skirt!! Although I was one of their last customers, at no point did they make me feel like an inconvenience! Thank you for hiring great people.
