I found the wagon I was looking for. Thanks, Academy. I went to other places looking, and I wish I had checked Academy out first. Won't make that mistake again. It's a good store because it's clean and neat. And you can find some good stuff at a good price. There is never an issue looking for parking. Awesome

My favorite sporting goods store. Let's put it like this I have bought a lot of items from the store. That I don't think I should post a picture of on this site review. I am very happy with all of my selections and I am a proud credit card holder 👍 Special thanks to the academy sports app. I am glad y'all keep updating it and improving the functions. This makes it so easy to find the items I'm looking for and know they are at that location.

The rub selection is ever expanding. The store is clean and organized. The employees are always friendly.

Quick shout out to Cameron, definitely an asset to academy. As usual the store was packed GO TEAM ACADEMY! They have definitely stepped up their game at check out. It was on par with … are you ready…. Wait for it …. Chick-fil-a drive through, I’m not even joking, super streamlined process you won’t believe it when you see it if you haven’t been there in a while. I definitely recommend you check this place out.

I love this location, it’s always clean and organized. The checkout was fast and efficient. People offered to help multiple times, employees were smiling. Just overall a great shopping experience.

*Disclaimer* I worked here many years ago... Anyway, the store is always clean. I popped in to get some ammo for the range, although there were a few people in the area, no one asked me if I needed help. No matter, I was in and out.

Great selection. I found what I needed and 2 customer service reps assisted me with what I needed. They were very helpful.

Close to home. Prices are decent. Staff so so but I really don't want anyone to talk to me. They didn't price match but offered a discount. Thought that was cool.

Bought a new smoker, all went smoothly. I eventually got help loading it as they were pretty busy. Got it fired up and went through its process and just for fun smoke some deer sausage last night in it and it turned out great! Very happy with my purchase.

The place is always clean. They greet you very well. They have nice items especially on I 10. I love shopping I 10 where the H-E-B shopping strip is very nice place.

Easy to return items and find a new purchase. A friendly and helpful greeter was at the front of the Katy store.

Needed some cameras, I talked with Eddie in the hunting area, he was one of the nicest guys I have ever met, extremely helpful and knew a lot about what I needed and kept me focused on what I needed.

Everything for sports and outdoors will be here, and when I say everything, I mean it! Customer support onsite was super useful.

Went there for some shoes and sunglasses. The lady behind the counter at the sunglasses was very helpful in helping me pick out what looked best on me.

I visited this store to buy some protective gear for skating and in the middle of shopping I decided to take off my wristwatch ⌚ to measure the wrist protector and I left it on top of a chair forgotten, then at night when I remembered that I didn't have my watch I remembered that I had left it in the store by accident, and I went to ask if I had seen it by chance and they treated me very well they made me wait a few minutes and then they gave me the watch without any problem and I want to congratulate the employees of this store for being very honest and kind to serve people ⭐🫶🏼

Very good sports shop, you can buy a lot of useful gun supplies, and the price is cheaper than the private gun store.

Picked up a 10 ft. X 10 ft. canopy after buying a lesser quality canopy from Amazon. It weighed 2.5 x the other and cost the same. It was much easier to set up as well. I am glad I returned the light weight and got the heavy duty canopy.

Updated - Went to West Texas and used 4 buckets with a bag of sand each and it held during a windy spell. Rugged it is.

With more rains on the forecast. I got me Brazos steel toe men's rubber boots. Good shopping experience.
