Walmart Supercenter

The staff is very helpful and friendly; the self check out lanes are easy to use. The only problem is they don't have enough self check out. Overall my experiences at Katy Mills Walmart are positive.

Had to return something that I ordered from the internet and the customer service took care of it swiftly and I appreciate the good service!

This review is for the Pharmacy staff. Always been great service, very helpful, and Walmart Pharmacy is always professional and observant to our needs. A+ and thanks again! Been coming here for a few years now.

Plenty of customers but enough cashiers to manage the traffic. Store was well maintained and clean. Sales associates were helpful and polite.

One of the cleanest but slowest walmarts ive ever been to.The first time I've been to one and you can't use self checkout.

I and my family enjoyed the meals. we had and overall Cheddars is a great place with great staff and cooks, place was clean and staff courteous.

Great location, just minutes away from Katy mills mall, the store is kept clean and the staff is really friendly and kind, the lines are usually short in line so you know how good that is. There’s also a McDonald inside if you get hungry! Keep up the great Job Walmart by Katy mills

After bucees kicked us out. No RV apparently, FYI Alabama bucees welcome RV's. Katy Walmart was great. We got supplies and breakfast before heading to the race track.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Walmart Supercenter in Katy, TX for some school uniform shopping, and I must say that my overall experience was quite positive.

Upon my initial visit, I spent over $300 on school clothing, excited to prepare for the upcoming school year. However, once I got home and tried everything on, I realized that some items didn't fit as expected. This prompted me to return to the store to make exchanges and returns. To my pleasant surprise, the return process at this Walmart Supercenter was both seamless and quick. The staff was efficient, and my refund was promptly processed back to my card, which made the experience hassle-free.

While I was at the store for the second time, I stumbled upon the nail salon conveniently located inside Walmart. Despite the busy atmosphere and a packed schedule, the nail salon staff managed to accommodate me in a timely manner. I decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure, and I was absolutely delighted with the results. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and it was a great way to relax after my shopping trip.

Even though this Walmart location is a bit out of my usual route, the exceptional customer service I received, coupled with the excellent nail salon, has convinced me to make the extra effort to return. The convenience of having a one-stop-shop for both shopping and self-care is a definite plus. I would highly recommend this Walmart Supercenter to others looking for a positive shopping experience and the added bonus of a top-notch nail salon.

Fantastic retail store chain. Nice range of items available for customers from food n drugs to clothes and other house hold Electrical products at affordable prices too. Oh....did I tell U they have a 30day return policy, I personally tested it, returned some kids clothes and got my refund...no issues. Definitely recommend
