AT&T Store

Went in to have old iPhone6 info transferred to iPhone8. Had super service from Terren and Ronnie! The guys are both professional and personable and know their stuff! It didn’t take long at all. Can’t thank them enough from turning my bad day into a great one!

They helped me upgrade my phone and iPad! They explained everything so well. They even re-explained things to me I that I didn’t understand .Terrin is great!!

My salesman was very attentive to my needs and called the main office for me. He gave me some tips that I could try to get my remote control to work. The main office even called me back when they said that they would.

I came in today for assistance with a bill related question. Unfortunately, I did not catch the gentleman’s name that assisted me, but let me express he was excellent. I purchased my phone at this location. The the person that assisted me during the purchase had quoted me a price that did not match up to what I saw on my bill. When I came in today I was little assistance to this gentleman. I couldn’t remember the sales person name, the date I purchased the phone or the exact dollar amount quoted. He reviewed my plan and could not find anything related to a reduced price for the phone. I thanked him and left. Five minutes after I left, he called me. Yes, you read that right. He reached out to me!! He had continued to review my bill and discovered what I was referring to and then proceeded to explain it to me. Yes, you read that right too. He took the time to ensure I understood my plan and bill. If anyone is looking to purchase a phone and would like to speak with knowledgeable employees and receive five star customer service, this is the place to go.

I believe his name was Carter. He was very attentive, friendly, and thorough. Seriously one of the best AT&T experiences I've had yet. I will definitely be back at this location for any business. He seriously should be thanked for being such a great AT&T rep. I’m somewhat of a frantic person and he was so patient and made me feel so comfortable to ask questions. All-around amazing.

After visiting two other AT&T stores where customer service was apparently a foreign concept and being treated like I had no value (I have been a LOYAL Prepaying user for a couple of decades [I am an active 74 years of age customer]), I stopped at the 6th Street store in Springfield, Illinois and my problem was resolved by LENA in record time! I was SOOOO stressed about the pitiful service at the Wabash store and the rude non-service at the Chatham, Illinois store that I bought a flip-phone at Wal-Mart in case I needed help and my family could contact me if needed! Factor in about 1-1 1/2 hours on the phone with Tech Support over a few days and a couple of calls left me with no solution! The phone techs were patient and courteous, however, they did not resolve my problem! Lena reduced my stress level from around 200 down to ZERO!!! She is a Golden Customer Service Representative!!! Because of her, I will currently remain an AT&T customer....So if you have problems, go see LENA at 1311 S. 6th Street in Springfield, Illinois....

They have worked with me so much today, I spend bout a hour and a half in there trying to help me get my phone switch from a different carrier that is no longer here, to them, had to call so many people had to do so much but they worked with me and help me get the pricing down from over 500 to 70 sum for me, if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have any phone rn

Isaiah was definately very knowledgeable, helpful, and most thorough Rep that I have dealt with, when it comes to cell phones and service.
He took the time to help resolve my phone issue and more importantly, he discovered an overcharge on my bill.
Can’t thank him enough! I drive out of my way to go to this particular store, rather than going to the one closest to me! Service is always better on 6th St.

Zach Waide is the absolute best! So professional, patient (I have questions), and he’s very knowledgeable. Getting a new phone and potentially losing your data can be nerve racking but he makes it all seamless. I try to buy all my AT&T stuff from him. Thanks again Zach! You rock!

Tarren was AMAZING!!!! He stayed two hours after close to help us with our bill and new purchases! He was knowledgeable, professional and super friendly! We will not go anywhere else….Tarren is our AT&T MAN!!!!

Zach is wonderful! He is knowledgeable, patient, and easygoing. He helped put the sim card from the old broken phone to a new cheap phone I bought at Walmart. I then bought a phone cover, long charging cord, and glass screen protector. He also put the cover and protector on the new phone.

Went to this store to get my granddaughter’s refurbished iPhone 8 set up correctly. So happy with service I had to share. Jermisha was a new addition to that group and I can’t say enough about her kindness, professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend. Thanks Jermisha!

Zach, at the SPFLD Il AT&T store, located at 3651 South 6th Street, is an excellent rep. He's honest, thorough and a respectful young gentleman, who knows his business.

This is the exact opposite of what I experienced, while dealing with the AT&T's phone representation, this past week. Incessant lying, misrepresentation and the absence of any integrity was the constant theme. These misleading reps were all located in the Phillipines. Revamp your Customer Service AT&T.

Was beyond happy with the service that we received Friday evening (4/30/21). Troy and Zach are the friendliest and most helpful AT&T employees we have came across. This will definitely be the only location we will visit in town from now on!

I will only use this AT&T store! They have the most knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind staff. I never feel like my many questions are just an annoyance to them (this is how other stores have made me feel.) would highly recommend this store!

Manager Zach at the S. 6th St location in Springfield, IL was a great help! He made the transition from a different carrier to AT&T painless and easy. So far I have had much better reception with AT&T throughout my traveling expeditions.

I had a great experience today at the South 6th street location! I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door! Isaac walked me through what I needed and took care of everything seamlessly! The other guys were very friendly and helpful as well! I would definitely recommend this place 100%!
