Walmart Supercenter

Sunday morning Walmart trip is always an adventure. Really easy in and out if you go before 8am.
While I understand the employee shoppers are just doing their job, it would be nice if they didn't block every aisle or at least move when you try to get by.
Always enjoy the 9am stench of weed in the parking lot as well.

It seems most Walmart Supercenters are about the same. Large and full of stuff to buy. That's why we were there.

The grocery pick up order service at this store is consistently horrible. I waited 30 minutes for 10 items ordered earlier in the day. I could have shopped the order myself in half the time. What’s the point in using a service meant to save time but constantly wastes more of your time than if you shopped yourself? The main issue is not that I had to wait. I’m annoyed because employees walked past my car THREE times to load cars arriving 10-20 minutes after me. No acknowledgment. When the third employee came out to ask for my name he said ‘we didn’t know anyone was in this spot’ - and still took another 10 minutes to get my order.

It took me a second to get used to the layout of this Wal-Mart but admittedly I haven't been to one in a couple years. This location was one of the nicest Wal-Marts I've been to in the MidWest. Clean store. Nice staff. The pet food is stored near the garden/outdoor section. I figured that out after I walked to the opposite side of the store. Nothing this so you don't make my mistake.

Going at opening on a Sunday morning is interesting indeed. Got what I wanted quick fast and out.

I love this place. Every time we go to Arkansas we try and visit this restaurant. Love the food and the family style service.

Pretty clean and well stocked Walmart in the Springfield area. Worth a stop if in need during a road trip or driving by.

A guy by the name of Bryce was very, very pleasant and helped me find a product in the fishing aisle even though he worked in automotive section. Awesome genuine smile! Thanks Bryce. The lady at customer was very pleasant as well, but didn't have her name tag on.

Everything was exactly where I needed it for a quick in and out. Plenty of check out lanes. Nice greeter.

These people work their a ",",es off with very little pay, so I am not going to criticize. The woman I have talked to who is the manager of the department was wonderful on the phone. No one inside the stores really has much control over most of the issues, including how understaffed they usually are. So I give them 5 stars for being able to make the chaos they are given function. I have a one specific complaint. I have been Walmart plus for years, for one reason. I need delivery. I am a chronic pain patient. But most of the staff do not know where the supplement I take is , even though I order it weekly. It's Six Star N.O. Fury. I will probably cancel Walmart plus if I don't start getting it in my orders. It is a non- stimulant, it's for circulation and muscle response. Often I don't get it, so I have to run in and there's several there. It's in the supplement area, in pharmacy, on a shelf about eye level for a 5'3" person, w/other Six Star supplements. It is usually next to Six Star N.O. Explosion, Six Star creatine, Six Star Testosterone. They are packaged in red and black packaging. Please can a manager show them where it is. You could just keep a few by delivery because I buy most of them. Thanks for all you do.

I love this place and hate this place its walmart!! But my mom was once a big part of this place and my mother in law so I can honestly say that Litchfield walmart has great workers. There are very great stockers that can help if you ask them or if call and complain they will get a talking too so dont worry you are heard. I've worked there in deli, cashier, and as a stocker so if you have questions I could probably help.

This place is ok, but the pharmacy department is #1 for me.

My wife and I recently switched over to Walmart to receive our prescriptions. The team is consistently professional and courteous. I even learned something new about one of my scripts that has helped me maximize usage benefits so kudos Walmart Rx team!

Walmart has become very stressful. From moving things to not posting correct prices. Also finding someone to give assistance to customers. The check outs are also a mess. I'm thinking about to stop doing business with them. Maybe it be worth paying a little more for better service.

They get five stars because they always have our Starbucks vanilla latte coffees when other places don't and the pharmacist named Susan absolutely love her

It's Walmart but I like it. Overall low prices almost always have what I need (rarely do they not have it). I use the Walmart app when I can't find something in the store and it takes me right to the aisle.
