Big Lots

Big lots is always hit or miss. Tonight was a good night and I hit it well.

I look specifically for healthy items or items that are organic. I didn't take many photos of what I actually bought.

The staff was friendly

It's one of those places that are stuck in time so I like to go through it every now and again I hardly ever buy anything but it's just nice to revisit the past But in an amazingly good way the management was a breath of fresh air and gave me absolutely no hassle when I found a broken item and they allowed me to swap it out I was in amazement how easy they allowed the process to be I have never experienced this type of customer service in Jacksonville North Carolina and I may I just say thank you very much I will now be a returning customer. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience

I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Jack and his crew. I recently made a large purchase from this location. The sales process was handled incredibly well and staff were super helpful. Due to the freaky weather we have here, my product was damaged. In the end I received a replacement. Great job guys you made a customer for life.

This store not matter where are located have the friendly staff, prices are unbeatable, just bought a sofa set for $1200 , we look three other stores and prices range from $1600 to $2000. For similar sets.

It's Big Lots lol. Nothing fancy, we bought a couple recliners. Good and kind service.

Wanted to edit review to ADD my thoughts.
Went in to participate in an advertised sale and was pleasantly surprised. Everything I wanted to get was there and I enjoyed my stop. Wandered around, but only got what I went for. Maybe I need to mark my calendar, because, that's a first!

An associate named Tammy really excels at customer service and product knowledge. She not only showed me where the Beach
chair was located but also explained to me all the special features that the item had.
I don't normally shop at Big Lots but because of customer service and product knowledge, I will shop here again.

Great place to find lower prices when your getting started in moving into a new home

Always very friendly associates, they ask if your military, which is great. Most retailers won't mention military discounts unless you ask. Very neat and clean store also.

Really great location! Furniture staff, including Chris, are so friendly and helpful—they also really know their merchandise and are so professional.

Went 2 days ago to look for a vacuum cleaner, after looking at other stores, I came back to this store ,,I love the way the staff is always friendly,, I did purchase a vacuum cleaner (Dirt Devil) and I am very pleased 😀.

I love their choices. Found the trees and lights I had been looking for but didn’t exactly know what i wanted.

Staff assisted me when I couldn’t find a item they seemed very willing store clean and as usual prices were budget friendly

I love this store and the fact that they now have order pick-up, which I tried, and it was so fast and easy! I like the mix of American and foreign candies and foods this store offers. Staff is very friendly 😁. Great deals on furniture indoor and outdoor👌Some name brand canned cat food has been even cheaper here than PetSmart. Big Lot's rewards program even gives their rewards members free items sometimes if you've signed up for their emails. If you like deals and a wide variety of items to choose from this is one place to check out!

We were helped by Chris. He was super knowledgable and answered our questions in great detail. Chris went out of his way to make sure we had the information we needed even though we weren't looking to buy today. He has earned these five stars, super happy with him and our visit!

I'm not sure what happened but I went to Big Lots 2 weeks ago with my daughter after not going there for over a year, but they have such great furniature, pillows, dishes, kitchen items and pictures for the home at such great prices. My favorite 0lace to shop for the home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
