Produce at this location is always fresh and well stocked, they have a great variety of local produce as well.

We shop here all the time. Great store, great selection, very clean. Everything laid out great and easy to find things here. Had a convenience center at the front of the store with an ATM, Coinstar, western union and all kinds of things.....even including a first aid station! Awesome prices. Even better prices if you sign up for their FREE MVP card.

It's my go-to for breakfast lunch and dinner. They have lots of prepared foods, fresh veggies, and lots of wine. Meats are fresh and reasonable, and you can take care of the whole families needs, including pets.

I shop at this store every month(461 Western Blvd Jacksonville NC) and the employees are normally friendly. But today this young cashier got a little too smart. I am a handicap senior and needed a riding cart in which none were available at the time. I was with my grandkids and she said "You can get in the cart and they can push you around" than she snickered. I didn't find that funny. I spoke with the manager Kimberly Hendrix. (Now this is why I shop at this store.)She did not hesitate to correct the young lady's attitude and gave me a $10 gift card. This was the first time something like this had happen to me at this store. I appreciated the immediate response and the affirmative action Ms. Hendrix took to rectify the situation. Thank you for caring about me and finding me a riding cart. She went above and beyond to make my shopping comfortable and easy.

You can find almost everything you need. Cheap code; the Food Lion products are the most affordable ones.

The store is clean and the people are really nice. Good prices as well.

This is one of my favorite locations, they always have the freshest fruit available, the bakery is well stocked and the overall customer service is amazing. While on a mission to make chili, another patron informed me on these incredible meal game changers at food lion (pictured below) . I made my chili regular but added this here and omg I was blown away. I love this food lion because I can get everything I need in one trip whether it’s grocery or laundry without having to go to multiple stores. Way better then Walmart without the Lowes Food prices. SN: My favorite part is watching the mvp discount drop when checking out and their sturdy carrying containers. Shop here for quality results.

The employees are always kind. The deli has a great selection, and they are always very helpful! The store and restrooms are clean!

The prices are decent, and most prices are below Publix and Lowes Foods. The workers have always been helpful and courteous. One of the customers today forgot her 2 books of stamps at the register. Instead of waiting for the customer to come back (if she remembered), the cashier ran after her into the parking lot to give her stamps. I've find this kind of courtesy and kindness in both of the Food Lions I go to. The one on Western Blvd (behind Hooters) and the one on Piney Green Rd near White Oak High School.

Love shopping at Food Lion it reminds me of Lowe's grocery store back home where you find the best bargains. They have a wide assortment of Mexican food items, sausage bacon and the best potatoes (for baking). I highly recommend it. Can't post a picture because there are several locations.

The cashier Randi is so nice! Love shopping here. Large variety of assortments.

Always great deals, great butcher and other employees are good. They don't all ask if they can help or say hi as they walk by.

I absolutely love this Food Lion. The store is clean and employee's friendly. They are always wiping the carts. In general, I feel safe and welcome shopping there. We have several Food Lions in our area but I prefer this one across from the college. Their produce is fresh and displayed beautifully.

Always friendly. Patty and Gigi are awesome cashiers. As well as Kenny in produce who is always helpful. Jeff and Kelly are super. Always a great experience going there!

Great place to shop if you're not picky, some products are not available due to the lack of shelf space, but I do find shopping here to still be a good experience. location and customer service are what make it great for me.
