Highly recommended! This is the best location to get Wing Zone, it’s the only one that offers the original wings, along with the boneless and crunch. The customer service is absolutely fantastic, and the food was out very quickly. If you are hungry for wings, just come over to this location, you won’t regret it! 👍🏻

A+ food, courteous service. The restaurant is convenient located close to the base at Western Blvd. A lot of things look new, including the painting and menus, which is consistent with the title "New administration".The service was great. The lady at the front desk always had a huge smile on her face, and even though we went a lot of people, she took orders in such a professional manner, understanding all our needs. The food was delicious. I asked for eight original wings in Buffalo Garlic Parm, with wedge fries, incredible flavor, unbeliable freshness. My friend ordered a Chipotle Black Bean Burger, for vegetarian lovers, he said it was delicious, and he asked for another one. This place is a must-go if you are in Jacksonville, going to the beach, or you just want amazing wings or a good vegetarian burger.

Used a coupon which got me a buy one get one free deal. Was very satisfied with these wings for their price. I definitely think they’re better than 3.5 stars and want to help get them to 4 stars minimum. 7.2/10 wings

One of the few places open after hurricane florence. Take out only but you had to order in store. Took about 15 minutes for 3 orders, which isnt too bad considering they had so many people. The assistant gm and employees were great. Thank you for being open and feeding us!!!!

I saw there was sign for new management and new owner. I have ate here before but wanted to give them chance again. Inside they have redone the interior. The place looks new. The new manager and the crew was so nice. Food is very good . I highly recommend this place for wings.

Wingzone is an absolute gem of a restaurant! Their wings are flawlessly crispy and bursting with flavor. The wide variety of sauces and seasonings ensure there's something for everyone. The friendly staff and efficient service make it a must-visit spot. Five stars, no doubt!

I have ate at wing zone multiple times and I can say that without a doubt they NEVER disappoint. Having a pregnant wife, she says there is no better place for wings. We love there 20 wings for $20 deal. Julian had such an amazing attitude from the moment we walked into the restaurant, all workers should have is attitude. 100% recommend wing zone to anyone.

This place comes in clutch every time and delivers so quickly to Camp Lejeune. You can tell they freshly drop and sauce them. A1 wing place 👌🏾

Tenders were hard and dry. But my boneless was good. Ordered 10 pieces don't think I got 10 tenders. Not what I expected. Even though the girl was there alone she was still very nice

They took the order efficiently, service was good, the food was good and and the manager Shelly did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend my friends to come and try it out

Visiting Jacksonville and looking for a place to eat. Wing Zone menus were in our hotel lobby. I recently had dental work and am on a soft food diet but I figured I could manage boneless chicken. I recommend the blackened voodoo dry rub. 😋 I went ahead and ordered a small 1/4 lbs burger too and it was the best burger I’ve had in a while.
For a restaurant that advertise as a wing store they do burgers right! The meat was tender and the bun was soft enough that even this recovering dental patient could eat and be satisfied.

They prepared everything with love and care packaging our burger fixings in separate containers so the lettuce and tomato didn’t spoil the bun in transport.
If you’re a lover of chips then the homemade kettle chips are also very good.
Even the delivery lady was so nice.
It made our short trip so pleasant.

Food was really good and tasty, I tried the wings with bbq sauce and they were delicious, they even had a vegetarian option for my husband and he Loved too.

This place is a hit or miss sometimes, it’s really good when it hits though and i have gotten it two days in a row so i definitely recommend

I have not eaten at this establishment in over 3 years. For various reasons. 1. being very dirty
2. Staff was very rude. 3. The sanitation score was removed from the wall. I heard there were New Owners and Management so I gave it a try. Best decision I made. The store is very clean, staff was very nice and food was cooked to perfection. You have a forever customer Wing Zone. Congratulations on your new business and given us a great wing place to enjoy.

I went into WingZone tonight, 11.27.2023, at about 1800. A female inside the store was so rude to the Cashier. The young man ( Q ). Made every effort to help this lady. She was cursing and talking to him with much disrespect, yet he maintained his composure and NEVER spoke to her with anything but kindness. Several calls were coming in, and the lady would not stop. She was trying to make him give her free food and cursing because someone else had done it for her the night before. I respect the way that the young man maintained his composure.

It is horrible to treat people the way he was treated tonight while attempting to take care of the people in the lobby, take phone calls and help out in the back; He should be paid more for the BS he had to put up with tonight.

Kudos to your Worker (Q) for being amazing. I was impressed and, at the same time, angry for the treatment of your staff. No one deserves to be treated that way.

Service was excellent, Q was very courteous and understanding when I had a mix up in my order. He was very accommodating to fix the problem and I was able to enjoy my wings. Will be returning soon !! Keep up the hard work guys.

Military friendly with discounts! ON DUTY special and other on-line military discounts. $9 off of the order $18ish? I am down with it. Employees are cool.
