The reason for the 5 star review is really for the customer service. Rain was helping us that day and was the only person in that department. She was super helpful, kind and explained why there may be a wait. She was knowledgeable and helpful even though her time was stretched a bit thin. I wish I had her helping me at every store I shopped at! We went there initially to print a document and found out we could mail it out which was even more helpful. While we were there we ended up purchasing a desk and an office chair on clearance. The price was great and it fit our room perfectly. the gentleman (manager?) didn't catch his name but he was also very helpful and friendly. As for the product, it was plyboard (which is why it was priced so well) it came apart a bit when we tried to move it after putting it together but we were able to glue and fix. It was a clearance item so wasn't expecting it to be a solid wood piece. Very happy with how it turned out and easy instructions to put it together. Staples does offer a warranty program so it is good to purchase that as well if you are planning on keeping the item long term. Thank you Rain for a great experience!

Had to use my friend's account just to right this review bc I was so happy with my service. I was having trouble printing a very important document only 5 minutes til close. Despite the late time, Bradley helped me out and was extremely kind in his interactions with us. Couldn't say enough good things about that young man. Will always come back to this Staples as great customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you again, Bradley!!!

Went into staples last night, I needed to get a banner done at the last min! When I tell you Hannah and Jesse took CARE of me RIGHT AWAY! Hannah helped me with the design , it came out perfect ! Thank you for you amazing work, patience, and creativity! ^.^

Bradley at Staples In Jacksonville went above and beyond to help me with my Drink Menu for my parents 70th party. He definitely deserves a promotion in the copy and print center.

Staff is polite and helpful; they are trained to guide you through whatever you need in store.
Very wide selection or office supplies; if its computers, laptops, fax machines, printers etc etc
Decently priced. If compare to Office Depot- same supply, but WAY cheaper.
I love the service where you can sit on a computer and print all documents and pictures you need from your email/google drive/USB etc! Very useful service.
Came here a few times and always found what I needed. I have also printed my business cards here, which are SO MUCH CHEAPER than a regular printing store. You can also order here business hats, shirts, banners, signs...
If youre a business owner and need marketing material or office supply, this is a MUST stop for you!

I can't thank the staff enough for taking such great care of me & my mom on yesterday at the printing counter. I had a sign made for my engagement party and everyone was all hands on deck. Carol was super! She was helping multiple people in the store and with each person she had a smile on her face and was very professional and so friendly. Carol was very knowledgeable and was lending a hand to her coworkers. Carol is a supet star and the crew that worked her shift was just amazing along side of her. A big thank you to each of them who made my stressful task a great experience.

Holiday cards are a hidden gem, great product, price, and service. Highly recommend!

I decided to make my own bbq sauce and wasn’t sure what to do about labels. Kayla was fantastic and not only designed an awesome logo from a really rough sketch, but made them colorful and professional looking. Amazing job and thank you!

OMG This Staples in Jacksonville NC was Awesome! Over the phone Excellent Service. I drove an hour. They walked me thru the store for the products I needed. Helped me with several things in Printer Department. Cashier Jasmine was so helpful and went over and above. Researched products. I have been to other Staples in the area. Will come here from now on! They had all the items in stock.

I want to take time to give a huge shout out to My Staples in Jacksonville, North Carolina. I have been utilizing their services in the Printing Department for the last month. I must admit the copiers are huge and very intimidating. However, someone will assist. They stay swamped and you may need to wait for availability, yet that's alright as well, because they give you their full attention when providing services.
I was there this past Monday, May 31, 2021 to scan documents and have a book bound around 1:00PM. That female employee was extremely helpful with a wonderful personality. I apologize for not looking at your name tag nor asking your name. She completed the bound notebook in less than one hour as promised with a smile. She may remember that I returned in motorcycle gear to pick it up. She came right over to ask how she could assist. I said, "I'm here for my book that was bound." She immediately chuckled and said, I didn't recognize you with the helmet. I really do look different with all that motorcycle gear on. Again with a smile, she retrieved my book for review. It was perfect. Apologies for not asking your name. You are AWESOME.
The second acknowledgement needs to be offered to Brian. This gentleman was phenomenal. I needed to price check an All-N-One (printer, scannner, copier, & fax machine) and I was about to go to several stores. I left the printing department and wandered over to the printer section. I had glanced at a few and the hero of the evening appeared to genuinely ask and offer his assistance. Brian truly listened to my needs and budget. He escorted me to each printer and explained the components of the machine. I was sold at the second printer. However, it did not stop there. Brian said, "We have more on the other side that I would like to show you." I followed him as he described the difference between laser and ink printers. I was so impressed. He recognized that I was leaning towards a certain printer and he took more time to show off the functionality. Brian then escorted me to the ink cartridge section to show which product's were needed for that printer and offered better option to save money. I was so thrilled at his excellent customer service and I asked to speak with the manager. Melissa came to the Cartridge Department and I gave her a praise report on Brian. Above all, Brian is humble, caring, knowledgeable, respectful, and educated. I believe that comes from a solid family foundation. So Brian, thank your mom, dad, grandparents, teacher's, community leaders, and all other's that nurtured and raised a fine young man.
These two individuals I have mentioned above need to be the face of your company's brand. They need to train others in the area of customer service nationwide. By utilizing your best to teach and train up others, you will have a recipe for true success. And you will have healthy happy staff.

I want to preface this by saying that I don't typically go out without my husband or a friend to help with my kiddos. But today I did. I was there for about an hour trying to figure out different ways to save a document so we could print it off. The entire time my 2 year old was trying to run off or throwing herself on the floor why the 10 month old cried. I was almost in tears myself. But the woman at the service desk for printing(I didn't catch her name but she had a service dog) was so very sweet about it all. She pointed out a coloring station for my toddler that I hadn't noticed, and never once did she get frustrated or impatient with me or my kids even though I was asking her 100 questions. This woman 100% deserves a promotion or a raise. A+ customer service. I was so greatful to her!

I always come to this location for my business needs. The customer service here is simply awesome! The kindness, patience and knowledge shown by this team is much appreciated, especially when i have such a heavy workload! Kudos to Greg in the printing area, what a great guy. Thankyou for making my work easier!

Excellent Customer Service! From the moment I entered the store, to the moment I checked out, and beyond! The sales associates were super friendly and helpful. Especially Malcolm!! He helped me find what I was looking for. He helped me load a large item that I purchased into my vehicle. The shopping experience was quick, easy, and very pleasant. I highly recommend this store because of employees like Malcolm!!

Awesome Service - Print Department. On a recent order, I submitted an older version of a document to be copied. It wasn't until time of pick up that I realized that I submitted the wrong document. Even though this was my error, Greg Patterson went over and beyond and had the document replaced at no cost. Thanks again to Greg and his Team, keep up the great work!
