They always greet you on arrival, which is nice. When I've bought wine, the employee that helped me was knowledgeable & I've liked most of them. Quick to help getting my purchases on the check out counter & THEY carry my items to my car. I previously was shopping across 75, in the Villages of Allen but Specs overall is a great wine & spirit establishment, with reasonable prices. They've won my business!!

Asked for a special order they got it in but my 2nd shipment was put out and I only got 5 out of 2 cases of 12 per case. They are now popular & they are reserving 2 cases just for me, and more for the store.

The staff was very helpful in choosing a good bourbon. The check out staff was more interested in their conversation than their customers.

Staff is attentive and insightful, especially with the Scotch recommendations. Easy in and easy out too given the location. Discounts can be had with the use of cash/debit or the occasional sale sign!

My first visit to this location recently. It was a non busy early afternoon weekday. We were greeted and helped by 3 employees. Excellent customer service. And I was given a Ultra Premium Rum recommendation that I purchased and thoroughly enjoyed! I will definitely return here.

I had the best service today. A team member (sorry forgot the name) noticed I was overwhelmed and patiently took me through the store explaining my options. Then when I was in the parking lot another team member leaving for the night (Mark) helped me load my box. Great service! Thank you!

I found what I'm looking for and if by chance I want to be boogy and ask for something not in shelf the staff is knowledgeable to know what is similar so you don't leave disappointed

Can't complain about it. They have so many options of everything!!! I like to go there to get my usual, and walk around and find something new to try!

Finally I found a place that has Dogfish 120 min IPA. It is like the big prize Easter filled with cash...lol. Better hurry and get some before it's all gone...

Friendly customer service. I just wanted to buy a bottle of wine...but thanks to their employees, they recommended new wine brands while on the register, and I ended up buying more bottles.

Got our yearly bottle of Baileys, easy to find, decent price. The place was packed so I asked the cashier is it always like this, she replied no only near holidays. It was New Years Eve..

Very clean and neat place. Had no problems getting in finding what I want and coming right on out on late Saturday night.

Staff was very helpful, Pane was very knowledgeable, truly a subject matter expert. I highly recommend you seek him out if you need a good recommendation or a question answered. I have no problem spending my money here.

My normal go-to liquor store in the area. Huge space, a wide selection of every liquor, wine and beer, and some resident experts to provide guidance when in doubt. Prices are very competitive too.

Liked how personable the employee was re different beers. Great service and the price was good.
