Total Wine & More

This store is always go to liquor store for me. They offer free home delivery also above $25 bill value. All the items are in stock and cleanly labeled. This store really gets busy during weekends. It has ample parking outside and the employees are courteous. The price is similar to other competitive stores.

My go to store to buy alcohol. I like this place so much better than Specs. Nicer, more open and well organized. SO many options and the staff has always been super helpful every time I go in!

I will go no other place. I live in McKinney and I feel I'm surrounded with options regarding buying liquor. I have tried at least 5 other outlets and due to the prices, the selection, and the convenience, I will only shop at Total Wine & More going forward. Every time I visit Total Wine, the staff is very helpful. The are not only helpful, they are knowledgeable. I'm not really a big drinker, however when I have to make a purchase, it will definitely be from Total Wine & More.

Huge store with an amazing selection and good prices. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The cashiers opened another checkout lane when only a few people were in line at one of the checkout stands.

Went to the old world wine class and it was fantastic. The instructor was Kramer and he did an amazing job.

Best prices. Friendly staff. And almost always have my beer in stock.

I love coming to Texas just to wander around and see all the new drinks and ideas for drinks. Always enough staff, and everyone is super friendly.

I was amazed! We are from Cali and I went there to pick up a bottle of a nice bourbon. My god they had the whole isle of bourbon! Pic attached. The bottles I considered top shelf like Hudson or Bullet was a bottom shelf stuff 😂

Came for a couple of bottles, got talking to Kramer (weekends only), learned more in 5 minutes than I’ve learned in a year - really appreciated the info!

Huge store, very big variety of drinks. Large selection of beer and wine. A lot of imported products. No joke, I was walking around for 30 minutes

We love the monthly wine classes, especially when Kramer or Kate is teaching! We always get great customer service at this location and appreciate the great selection of wines from all over the world (even a small selection of Greek wines).

Edit: Still the best TW location! Reuben has been super helpful over the past couple years helping build our whiskey knowledge! I like the organization in this store much better than others. Original review- Nice new location. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of beer, whiskey, wine and every other liquor you can imagine! Cigar humidor room is nice touch.

This is one of my favorite TWs. The staff here is so friendly and I don’t feel like they’re pushing products on me at all. Michael helped me today and talked about different wines he liked and different areas, like we winos tend to do. I realized that we have similar palates from his sharing and he turned me into a couple of good finds.

The cashier was super sweet as well and didn’t rush me through checkout.

Was in town from Kansas and wanted to pick up some local craft beers. Went online and was able to research and select from their online ordering. Paid for the order and selected the curbside pickup option. Received emails on status and when order was ready to pickup. Arrived, parked in curbside spot and clicked button on my email to notify them where I was. About 2 minutes out came my 40 or so beers, my ID was validated, beer was loaded in trunk and I was off. Every part of the experience was A+. They had a great selection to choose from as well. The pic is just a few of what I purchased. Also was pleased when I checked the dates, none of the beers were more that a few months old.

I love going here. And when I struggle to find something I can use their APP to guide me. There were a few workers who were not very helpful, which was why I used the APP but that was not the usual service we receive there. Good variety, and nice that you can taste test!

Walking in I was overwhelmed by the vast selection. I came looking for a few unique items that are only sold at specialty stores. This store was clean and had hand sanitizer for use as soon as you walk in. Organization of the store is easy. It is labelled for navigation so i was able to find what i was looking for. I also had questions, so i stopped an employee to ask. He was quite knowledgeable. Answered my questions quickly. We were in and out in 15 minutes. There was no wait at checkout.
