Great environment, spectacular customer service. Never felt such genuine and caring customer service. The young gentleman Jesus over in foot wear helped me pick a class pair of indoor soccer shoes along with another of his coworkers who I didn’t get the name of unfortunately. He helped me to the desk where I was greeted by the manager Benny and the kind cashier. They showed great teamwork and passion for their job. I really appreciated how they treated me as if I was family. 10/10 will come again.👍🏽

Wife was shopping for new shoes and associate Omar was above and beyond. Very helpful and pleasant to talk with, he was attentive and knowledgeable. We will return to this location for any future purchases because of the customer service.

Stopped in to the Allen store with limited time to buy new shoes. Really thought I wouldn’t have time to try on and purchase as I typically can’t find anyone to help me. Well…not today! Manas greeted me as soon as I walked up. He was not only efficient, but also knowledgeable and kind. I was in and out with time to spare! Thanks, Manas!

We went today to make a large purchase, of mostly workout clothes! Store was great, customer service was great, however, Sharron was just unbelievable! Very kind and helpful!

I called ahead inquiring about all white Nike Air Force 1s. I was transferred to Manas in the footwear department who was able to confirm that they had them in stock in the size I inquired about. He let me know that if I went to the footwear desk he could grab them for me right away once I arrived. I ended up needing a different size which they did have and buying myself a pair. The cashier at the checkout lane was working on a long transaction and Manas took over the next register to check the other customers including me. Thank you Manas for being so attentive to your customers!

Love the price match and helpful employees. I came just now on a busy inventory day was still acknowledged while browsing. I asked for help and get this, the guy works at another location so didn’t know much but went out of his way to help me find someone! I was amazed I wasn’t brushed off. I then saw a manager making sure the cash register was attended and when my cashier needed help someone came over in less then 2 minutes. The communication here is above and beyond. I love the team work and how everyone helped me today after my visit at the Frisco location. I will drive all the way out here again for the excellent service!

I would like to give a shout out to Logan - he was at our cashier's desk and helped us with our questions. He was very respectful and had a very pleasant demeanor. It's customer service like this that makes people want to leave positive reviews immediately after exiting the store and already making plans to come back!

Product wise it was like any other sporting shops with variety and quality brands but what makes them better is their customer service.

Excellent experience with the staff at The Village of Allen location of Dicks Sporting Goods. The store is very clean, organized, and well stocked. Ample parking, easy to access from Central Expressway and feeder streets. Management is helpful and cashiers are quick, polite and friendly!

Great selection and helpful staff. I especially like that they have a tablet with a barcode scanner where you can see if they have your size shoe in stock. They also offer great discounts for youth sports leagues.

Jim the golf section manager helped me true my bicycle wheel, and gave me the one on one how he did it! Awesome service. Recommend this location for sure!

Great location for being by Allen outlets! Got my little sister a bike from there, and my bike as well! the bike technician is amazing! She's always prompt on fixing what ever needs to be taken care of!

We were shopping for a sleeping bag for our daughter. We found a great deal on a sleeping bag and we noticed their selection of Yeti products. I was able to purchase a straw lid for my Yeti cup.

Large well kept store. Excellent customer service. Sharron was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Expierence was fine, just didn't care for the employee that they make greet people the second the doors open...please let me get all the way in the store before you ask me if I need something...felt like I was at a used car lot!!
