Nice rep, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only little far away from where I live but it's the only place with the phone I want in stock. It's located next to a Lucky's so it's a nice perk to get some shopping done too

I walked into this Cricket store wanting to get an Apple iPhone for my personal use. I have a work phone through Apple, which I LOVE!!! The nice lady(employee)who was standing near the door asked me what I was looking for? I immediately told her the phone I wanted!!! She was knowledgeable and went back got me my new Apple iPhone and picked out a very cute case with pop stand on the back, with temper guard for the screen!!! The second employee was there to assist me also very kindly!!! Both employees were kind, knowledgeable and even helped set up my new phone with my old phone!!! They really take customer service seriously!!! Go to them you won’t be disappointed!!!

I visited cricket Franchise, located at 25125 Santa Clara St, Hayward, CA 94544, I would highly recommend that store, reason? Let me explain you,Fernanda and her coworker Brenda helped me Solved software issue which accrued in my Brend New 12 Pro MAX. Specially Fernanda, she is a professional sales representative at the store, and she performed her professionalism and best knowledge to understand the issue and tackle and solved the issue I had with my brand new phone, all in all I give A++++++++. For being so friendly and Professional, disciplined, and Kindness. Fernanda she speaks three languages, she had no issue with her communication skills,And she has the best knowledge to performing as a good Sales representative at that store. If i need them . I would definitely use their service if i need Arises.
