Lucky

Today I left this supermarket smiling and in a better mood than when I came in all because of the associates that work here! Bishop in the bakery was so sweet and helpful and the cashier was funny and put a smile on my face. This is going to be my grocery store from now on!

I recommend this Lucky's to anybody. That was my first time going there. The association work there was very helpful in the things that I needed to find. I definitely would be back to shop there

This lucky's is right by my work. It's a smaller luckys and not super busy, which I appreciate all of the employees. Pretty much know me by sight again because of the small customer base, but if you don't want to be bothered much by other customers, this is a great place to go.

Lucky was nice today. Clean and no long lines. Saw good teamwork and esprit de corp this time; smiles as one cashier swapped change with another, kind greeting from the person bagging, shelves looking neat and well organized. This store always feels like the community in the best of ways.

Dom the cashier that checks people out for self-serve at the Lucky's on Santa Clara in Hayward California was so nice. Very polite very friendly very helpful give that man a raise.👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always parking, good prices, and they have items I want.

It was good. I only needed a few things. 2 stations open. 1 long line, but not real long. The other, I was 3rd. I was out quickly. I've been going to Lucky's for some time.

This place is always clean, organized and have a great customer service from all lucky store in Bay Area. A pleasure to shop .

Husband and I have been shopping here for 19 years. We get great customer service when needed. Store is clean and well stocked. Produce is very good. Always selection of fresh fish. My husband has requested couple items over the years and they order it for him. Plenty of parking.

This has become my favorite neighborhood grocery store. The employees are super nice--I once had a cashier repair one of my bags with packing tape of her own free will, which was wonderful. Also, whoever stocks this store is impressive. I've found somewhat rare drugstore items here—essential oils, anti-fungal creams—that are cheaper than Target or Walgreens. The produce is good, and nearly all employees are conscientious about masking during COVID.

Not too many problems. Staff is friendly and kind customer service takes a while sometimes. Pharmacy is awesome. Bakery is ok. More expensive than food maxx but both owned by the same company . parking is good. And the shopping center is right by the freeway 880 and 92. Ac transit bus line 56 comes through here. Overall its a 9 out of 10 store. Not too many complaints it has electric carts. And handicapped friendly. Associates do help people

Popped into a store I'd never been to before looking for some lunch. The two women behind the Lucky deli counter were lovely. Cheerful, polite, efficient. The young cashier at check-out also. These three women gave me some renewed hope for humankind in these dark days. Almost made me want to move to this neck of the woods.

Love this place! The employees know how to run a store. Never a long wait even when there is a line. Pricing seems to be on point compared to their competitor down the street. What tops it all is their self checkout aisle, makes it a breeze when shopping for a few items

Usually it's what it is a grocery store. But I have to say today my girlfriend's daughter and I had a very sad and positive experience in one visit. Stopped to get a few things and she "10yrs. young" and when we left about a mile away she remembers her phone. Well it was left in the cart outside of the store. We get back and look for it asking the store employees and everyone. I'm trying to call the p phone and finally someone answers, it was turned in to the employee who answered. Long story short, got phone back! Lucky's was just that for a little 10 year old girl LUCK!

Wow. It's great to live in America! My experience with Lucky dates back to the '60s. This store is 100 times better (and bigger) than the one I remember on Foothill Blvd in Tujunga, CA.

They were sò helpful..
I needed what I thought was a battery for my watch. They worked and worked on that thing trying to open it.. And when we got it open, come to find out it did not need one..
But thank you I think his name's was John an dsd I didn't catch her name..

My review is totally based on this Lucky's having whole and portioned Catfish. The supermarket next to my house only has Catfish Nuggets.

This particular location was clean and had lots of fresh vegetables.

I love the blue berry bagel over there . This store is clean and well organized I give the store a five star. I m not an employee nor I know anybody working there
