Covid 19 drive through appointment and service provided by representative was outstanding.

We jumped in drive through before the appointment. We have two different schedules but she agreed to take both test at once with a smile.

Later she did went through the all procedure to perform the sit by sitting in the car.

Providing nose bud and waited patiently till the test is completed.

Then we drop test sample in the drop box. We might receive the result by few days.

I have been getting my Rx here for years and have NEVER had any issue with the Pharmacy Department. They have explained differences in co pays, accepted changes with my insurance and my wait has normally been ok (unless I choose to come in VERY busy times). Thanks Walgreens Jackson!

Scheduled my covid booster shot online and got in as promised on the appointment. Everyone was prompt with the whole experience and I loved how I could walk down the street from where I live and get it as I don't drive and It would take forever for me to get arrangements from Kaiser to get it done.

I had a little issue with the printing of a photo I was picking up, but Adrian and another lady assisted me in correcting the error. Adrian was very patient an helpful. This was such great customer service! Thank you for being amazing!

The store is clean. Products are on display are organized and it is easy to navigate in the different isles because labels are provided making it easy to locate items a customer needs.
