Consistently sending packages to my family UPS is a staple on my to do list.
For a short time living in McKinney I found the UPS store #6600 on Custer Road, has the most friendly, patiently helpful and professionally kind staff.
Store #6600 is always clean, always greeting w/a friendly face and sincerely understanding and patience for how slow I can be.
Currently living 20 minutes from store #6600. I must pass at least 4 UPS stores to get to the store where James and Andrew are always kind to me. And not just me. I noticed no matter how busy they are always kind and professional. Well done!

It's super clean, well-stocked, and offers a ton of services, including faxing, scanning, shredding, notary services, mailboxes, shipping and packing, and printing. They've got it all covered!
The staff is a real highlight. They're friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. I had a great experience when I needed to ship something - they patiently helped me find the best shipping option at a rate that worked for me.
One thing to keep in mind, though, is that this place can get pretty busy because it's so popular. So, make sure to give yourself some extra time and come prepared. It's definitely worth a visit!

I recently had a fantastic customer service experience at my local UPS store, and I wanted to share my appreciation for their outstanding service. The store representative went above and beyond to assist me, and their kindness and understanding truly made a difference.

The store was quite busy when I arrived, and I had my child with me. As any parent would understand, it's not always easy to manage things with a little one in tow. However, the UPS representative noticed my situation and showed incredible patience and understanding.

Despite the long line of customers waiting, the representative kindly offered to wait for me while I fetched a box from my car. This small gesture made a big impact on me. It relieved the stress of leaving my child unattended and allowed me to complete my transaction seamlessly.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional customer service I received today. The representative's thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile exemplify the kind of service that sets UPS apart.

I highly recommend the UPS store for anyone in need of shipping services. Their customer service is truly outstanding, and they genuinely care about their customers' convenience and satisfaction. This location is the best UPS store I have ever been to. Everyone is very helpful and will take care of you very well. I always had great experience at this location. I went to this store to print booklets and Brianna helped to print them properly without any issues. She is always helpful when I am at the store.

I can't say enough about how great our Custer Rd UPS place is. Yes, it can get hectic with all the Big A returns but I have never NOT seen the folks in there smiling and willing to work thru everything. Keep up the good work!

I love their customer service! Whenever I go to other places, they take a long time getting all of my information put in correctly. One shipping place wanted to charge me to use their tape! Here, I’ve dropped stuff with them and they’ll pack it for me. As a busy person I really appreciate that!

The assistant manager on duty was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I needed to mail a document and make a couple of colored copies. So thankful for such a friendly encounter!
