Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Was here twice in the last 2 days to take advantage of the April 30% off sale and purchased 10 gallons of their Emerald paint for a home re-paint. Sherwin-Willams paint is far better than what you get in a big box store. The best part of the experience is the Employees at this store who are very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

I've been beyond impressed with every member of the staff here, especially Connor. He has a positive attitude and went above and beyond helping me with exchanging an previous brought gloss and picking the correct gloss. Connor was very knowledgeable, professional, and VERY patient! I highly recommend this location. Thank you again Connor.

I was venting to my wife about how horrible customer service is these days. Every restaurant or store we went to it seemed the employees didn’t want to be there at all. I walk into this store a few weeks ago already frustrated with a contractor who has me doing the shopping for products I no nothing about. I get what I deem the best customer service I received this year. The young man and I apologize young man I do no remember your name but I will find out. He knew his products got me in and out in what was a blink of an eye. Thank you for making my first experience great I will return. Great customer service do exist in 2021

Let say I have a SW store about 2 miles from my home BUT I now travel the extra 6 miles to buy from this Sherwin Williams store. The whole staff is more professional, provide better service and I am greeted upon entry.
Josh went over and beyond yesterday to help me apply my gift card which wasn't working.
A.J. helped over the phone and while I visited today. She helped me get the right color I needed for my project and she is super friendly!

Customer rep was very helpful

They have great quality paints at good prices and the staff are very helpful. It's much easier to get service there than at big box stores where it is often difficult to find staff to help. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable about paint because they aren't generalists, they are specifically trained on paint.

The staff here was very helpful. They helped me adjust my original color to meet my expectations. They worked very efficiently and were quite helpful in suggesting alternate products due to the paint shortage.

I want to get some high quality paint to get my kitchen cabinets repainted. So I went to different SW stores a few times for advices and buying paint. From my experiences, the staffs at this Custer store are very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful!

Awesome paint store. They were all helpful and friendly. I was able to get the paint I needed and the quality of the paints are far superior to the big box store brands. They were also able to help me get some discounts.

Forget McKinney store. I was in the store for almost an hour with only two other customers before anyone ask what I wanted. Of course, after another 15 minutes I was told they did not have what I needed. They did call Plano and located all my supplies. I was spoke to as soon as I walked in to Plano which was full of customers. A young man named Enrique I believe waited on me. Awesome service by this young man, very polite and very knowledgeable. I will always go to this store because of his excellent customer service.

I had a great experience at this location. Brandon helped me find all of the individual gallons I needed for my job and was very professional when I came back to get them tinted a few days later. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I love the Emerald paint. I used it on my kitchen cabinets and it turned out amazing. It's been over a year and hasn't worn or chipped at all. This weekend i used the Interior/Exterior Emerald on my front door and it turned our really good. In fact, it rained in the evening on the door and it was not a problem after only 6 hours of dry time.

Jack is a color match Jedi. After 2 unsuccessful trips to other stores, we were able to get the exact custom blend to do some touch up work in our new house to avoid fully repainting.

I have never had a bad experience at this store and I go to a lot of Sherwin Williams. The store manager Colton is a professional in every sense of the word.
