Ace is my go-to store for hard to find information and products. Always nice people and personal care unlike Home Depot

They had the necessary parts, and the garbage disposal to complete the job and get paid. I am a plumber and I needed something fast, and they had it. Very pleased and a price was very reasonable, thank you and I will be back again.

I love going to Great Lakes Ace Mart in Farmington Hills. Jen truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing what I needed! I did get to meet some of the other team members and they were also friendly upbeat and professional as Jen. The service quality was truly exceptional, I can't wait to come back.

I prefer Ace over Home Depot EVERY time as long as I can find what I need. Unfortunately the store is relatively small, so they can't always stock a lot of anything, but can almost always order what you need within a day or two!

The staff is always friendly, and there's always someone there who can help.

I enjoy shopping at smaller stores to get in and out so I Great Lakes Ace Hardware works for me in most cases. When I noticed that their grill prices were comparable to any other place AND the purchase included free assembly and delivery, it was a no-brainer to buy from them. Bonus: I completed the whole transaction online. The grill was delivered as promised and the deliveryman even put it on my deck with me. Thank you, Great lakes Ace!

They have great service. I fix the screen. They were very helpful. They had it ready when I got out to pick it up. I would highly recommend this store.

The store has a wide variety of product, great fast and friendly service. Easy to get in and out quickly. I couldn’t believe it when I found a very specific kind and color of spray paint here after stopping at 2 other large home improvement stores. This is my new favorite place to shop.
