I had the misfortune of locking my keys and phone in my car on Aug 26. When I went into the store the attendant was more than helpful. He handed me his phone and the phone book so I could call my husband and he used the store phone to call 3 different lock guys to get prices and an eta of when they would be available. With it looking like I was going to have to wait 30-40 minutes he called a friend from the auto parts place next door to come over and pop the lock. I was out of there in under 15 minutes. Great customer service
