Thank you, Lauren, and everyone at Old Navy, for a great shopping experience for my husband and me today! We are very grateful for the wonderful service while saving a lot at the same time! Thanks for being one of our favorite stores to visit for the friendly and helpful staff, and really good bargains! Lauren was so nice at the checkout, and the lady keeping the store in tiptop shape is always very kind, as well...We appreciate you both, and thanks for hiring terrific people at your Farmington Hills location! After the Christmas sale at Old Navy is the best. Lots of women, men. Infants & children clothing to choose from.
Great selection of exercise appearel. Store easy to navigate through to shop.
Some women apparel overpriced, which makes shopping for sale items reasonable.

Our favorite Old Navy Location in Michigan and always the best deals. The customer service is also tops!!

I placed an order online to pick up in the store. When I arrived home with my order I discovered only part of the order. I contacted the store and Assistant Manager Leslie S.mailed out a replacement, which I received the next morning, along with a $5 coupon and a lovely handwritten note. Now that is customer service!!!!

I've ordered on line at Old Navy and find more or different clothes there then shopping inside the store. Plus good deals on line but the assistant that work there are really kind.

Love this store! Staff are nice and they are helpful with online/store pick ups. Clothes are put away nicely and plenty of parking.

man thies kids grow quick I bought them school clothes online 3 weeks ago and thies kids had grown so quick they didnt fit so they returned it nice peeps
