Literally writing this review in my car because I am so happy with my experience! Malcolm was so great and extremely personable. I’m a nurse, so the shoes I wear can make or break how my shift goes. I told him what I was looking for/things that I like/dislike in a shoe and he immediately had a shoe in mind. I put them on and I had never been instantly satisfied with a shoe like that in my life. It checked all the boxes! I was also in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this location and Malcolm!!

Fleet Feet is absolutely THE place to shop for an athletic shoe that’s custom fit for you. From the fitting process through ensuring that the shoe is Right for you/-and then to customer service after the fact, should you need it—/makes for an absolutely a WOW experience. The team at Norman Center in Pittsburgh, Brittany, is exceptional. Don’t ever think about buying athletic shoes anywhere else. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that tell you the options without pushing products onto you. The technology around your feet and walking is very intuitive as well, and is free! Check this place out if you're in the market for shoes!

Best place to get fit for running/walking shoes. I'm not a runner per say (just starting a walking plan with a few running intervals) but Bob was great with the fit and answering all of my questions. Will return for my next pair in a few months!

I had a wonderful experience. I got the most comfortable shoes I've ever had and learned so much. I've been buying the wrong shoes my whole life. I appreciate the great service as well as a sales associate entertaining my daughter while i was being helped. That was above and beyond my expectations. She even tried to teach her how to tie her own shoes. I will definitely return and bring my husband.

Great selection and super helpful staff. As someone who overthinks and can be indecisive I like how they take you through the process of finding exactly which shoes and inserts will work best so that you can focus on just a few optimal choices instead of being overwhelmed.

They also have a nice selection of socks with try-ons available for many, which I had never seen before but it was great because good socks aren't cheap and unless you've worn them before it can be a bit of a gamble.

Stepping into the store for the first time I didn't know what to expect. Within a minute I was greeted by Bob and he took me through the process of fitting shoes for my feet. I was pleasesantly surprised with the selection he brought me. It was like old school where the salesperson actually helped you put the shoes on! (Showing my age, but it took me back to Buster Brown days as a child. Lol) It was a great experience, and I will continue to go back there for as long as I'm able!

I like the fact that there is a team of people working so that I can get the attention and expertise needed for something that is important to me. I’m on my feet all day, so I appreciate that they can help me get the right shoes and insoles. They are very kind and patient as well.

The folks at Fleet Feet are marvelous. They are kind, helpful, and professional. The person who helped me listened to the problems I was having, and took time to explain the best solution for me. She was so friendly and approachable.
Bottom line, it was a perfect experience. I would strongly recommend Fleet Feet without hesitation or reservation.

If you run, do yourself a huge favor and get your next pair of shoes at Fleet Feet. With their foot scan technology they were able to tell me all the nuances of my feet and recommend a pair of shoes that would address the issues I was having. Amazing difference.

If you didn't run track and now you're kid does, they're great! Multiple great experiences with different staff who are always helpful and capable of finding a good shoe at a reasonable(as running shoes go) price. We'll be back, thank you!

Fleet feet is a great store. I buy all my shoes there.last visit was a trip to the store for socks. Everyone is the store is kind and really know the products I highly recommend fleet feet.

Outstanding service and products. We made an online appointment and were greeted promptly. Tim took care of us, listened to what we needed and helped with the solution. We have the inserts and they made a huge difference. Tim was patient, not pushy and took his time explaining things. Recommend this place for shoes and anything else that is feet related.

Every time I come in to town to get new shoes the staff is always so helpful and patient with trying to find the right fit and things that I’m looking for. This time I got to meet Brittany and she was wonderful! The store also has lots of availability inside as well as everything they can order in.

Fleet Feet South Hills have the most amazing and helpful staff. They take the time to make sure you get the right products for your specific needs. Plus the inside of the store always looks modern and very well put together.

I have neuropathy in my feet and a friend recommended Fleet Feet. This is not your normal shoe store. I was greeted quickly and I then was given two computer fittings. I walked out with a great pair of shoes and a smile on my face.
