I have been shopping here for years the staff is great

I've been trying to get a pair of blue FitFlop sandals since spring and I finally found a pair ! There is an excellent sale going on at Famous Footwear right now buy one pair get half off the second pair! The sale includes all shoes except Birkenstock: you also can get shoes on sale and clearance. My husband found a pair of Nike shoes and they did not have his size available; therefore, we had them delivered to our house! Sales are not just for shoes socks were BOG0 half off 2nd item!

We stopped by this location today to get some confusing holiday returns out of the way, to which the gentleman at the desk, Bruce (I believe his tag said assistant manager?) Was incredibly helpful and kind.

This is a definite badge of honor to still be able to be labelled as kind and helpful during these crazy times. In a busy store, filled to the brim with customers in a rush, he was still incredibly helpful and kind, all the while grabbing phone calls, answering questions, ringing people up without a hitch.

I definitely recommend this store and staff to anyone passing through the South Hills who might be in need of some footwear!

This store is great if you're looking for new balance. If your size is not available. They will order it for you and it will come directly to your house. Nice
