I’ve just finished talking with Alissa on this Sunday morning, Jan 7, and she did an outstanding job helping me transfer an antibiotic prescription from the CVS located at the Target in South Hills Village to this location because the CVS South Hills Village location is closed all day on Sunday. My dentist sent the prescription to the CVS South Hills Village location this morning and I would have had to wait until tomorrow to start taking the antibiotics if it was not for Alissa’s help. I have an extraction scheduled for later this week so starting the antibiotics today was key. My family have been CVS customers for many years and we will stay with CVS for many years more. Thank you Alissa for picking up the phone so quickly and then problem solving on a Sunday morning! It was truly outstanding customer service!

I LOVE CVS. It is a great store. I can a lot of stuff, and they are open all the time, so I can always stop by when places like Target have closed, and get a simple item. Such a great convenience store, I love it so much.

I used the self-checkout but had some issues. The team member at the register was quick to assist me and very kind during the process. She smiled and seemed very happy to help.

I have had an excellent transition to CVS. I love the way I have had thorough and caring treatment during a difficult situation. thank you Heather. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Thank you for taking the time with me and educating me about the new changes. I appreciate you all. And I love that you remembered my name after only meeting me once!!! You are the best. I will never forget you. I will be bragging to all my friends and family I will especially speak to my colleagues as we all have Express scripts. I urge people to call around to see if you can get a better offer from a pharmacy and a splendid experience. I was paying hundreds of dollars for a prescription that turned out to be FREE at CVS because CVS is a preferred pharmacy.

I needed a prescription filled and the pharmacy was about to close. And two other people needed prescriptions filled too. The pharmacist filled ALL prescriptions in 10 minutes or so... and stayed a little later until she was finished. She was awesome!

Very nice store. Organized and great selection. The pharmacy staff are amazing. This store is so much nicer than the other old one.

Automated system confirmed my refill on 11/3. I went to pick up next day as instructed, and they did not have any info (medication or dosage) available once I gave them my info. I am convinced this is not the employee's fault, but it was a poor enough experience with CVS to mention. Other visits have been pleasant, hence 3 stars vs 2 or fewer.

Decent store and all but every single time I try calling to get a script filled I’m on hold for 15-30 minutes. Every single time. Please answer your phones in the pharmacy. 30 minutes is far to long to be sitting around on hold.

Employees are more interested in side conversations than taking care of the customer. Girl behind the counter was clueless on enabling the POS to accept Samsung pay.

This week I attempted to go to the drive through and it was out of order. Today I've been trying to reach the pharmacist with their torturous automated phone service that when you request to speak to a pharmacist it prompts you to download their app which of course is not going to assist me with needing to speak directly to the pharmacist. 2 hours still haven't gotten through.
