Pittsburgh International Airport

Pittsburgh Airport is very easy to navigate. I fly in from Newark here and always go through Terminal A. There are phone charging stations throughout. Easy to get to and from the gate. Security is very quick. Hardly any wait. To get to the rental cars here you have to take a 1 minute train to get there then a short walk. Very easy to get in and out with the car rental. There are floor escalators to get you from point A to point B. If you ever fly in and out of here there are no worries.

Airport has a ton of space while being easily navigable. Security is often pretty fast (and even in the few times it's not, there is a special alternate security line). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely make you feel at ease. Hope more carries fly here soon!

Also special mention to the dinosaur that welcomes you to Pittsburgh - this will always be an iconic part of the airport. 🦖

Love this airport and feel blessed to have called it my home airport for so many years. So easy to navigate… just the right amount of just the right shops and amenities… and a tyrannosaurus that makes me smile every time on the escalator for the perfect welcome back… Feels like home. Can’t believe they are building another one. Won’t be the same.

Despite the renovations and modernization, there is a seamless flow of traffic and check in/check out. Extremely helpful and courteous TSA/airport staff and flights were always on time.

They have an automatic hand wash station! Airport is not too busy around this time (Thursday, Dec 21, 2023). Went through security checkpoint in 10 minutes. Decent food options, plenty of charging stations, and just an overall very pleasant airport.

Lots of options to get a snack, good free internet, plenty of seating area. Bathrooms were clean, the only downside was that paper towels were missing.

Anytime I have to travel from Northeast Ohio, I always find a vast array of flights (at reasonable rates) from Pittsburgh International Airport! Despite the construction that is currently taking place at this airport, it was easy to navigate if you pay close attention to the orange construction signs. The same goes for navigating the inside of the airport.

Very clean airport. Employees are very kind and polite. Even check in personnel. Make sure you pack travel size toiletries. Anything in regular size and over regulated measurements gets confiscated. I'm not mad, they're just doing their job.

A wonderful experience! Everything went very smoothly and the entire staff beginning to end were great! Such a beautiful Airport. With my flight pass I was able to accompany my daughter, son in law and grandsons to the boarding gate and watch them take off. Look out Disney, here they come!!!

I lost my glasses on the plane and went to baggage claim where I meet two of the most pleasant ladies ever. They helped track down my glasses. Richard shout out to you for bringing my glasses down. Thank you guy's so much.

Very nice airport. A lot of construction going on tho. When it's completed l, definitely going to be state of the art! Tons of food and drinks choices. Very clean and the TSA checkpoint moved very quickly.

United Airlines has the right to be proud of having an employee with such a good manners, courteous, and cooperative to provide the best assistance services to passengers within its team. On behalf of myself and my family, I extend all thanks and respect to him for his efforts in facilitating our departure procedures from Pittsburgh International Airport to King Fahd International Airport in Dammam few days ago.

One of my better airport days. They're in continuous construction mode right now. But it was still easy to get into, so still 5 stars. No real reason to downgrade. Congrats

I have such a high opinion of the people in Pittsburgh. I spent 5 hours here today. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly, helpful, reasonable and efficient. Plenty of room to sit on a laptop and hang out. Food options are cheap and good. Clean building. Fast check in. Very impressed. Can't wait to come back to the city.

My luggage didn’t arrive and I considered it a loss. I didn’t realize how valuable my grandmother’s old handbag was to me until that moment. But, I got it back, that’s a win. Thank you Delta.

Pittsburgh International Airport impresses with its clean and well-maintained facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive travel experience. Efficient services and a thoughtful layout make it a standout airport. This airport makes it a comfortable and enjoyable hub for travelers.

Easy to navigate. Had no problem making it to my flight to Denver on time. Also like having buses that go to the city.

Our experience at the airport was top-notch. I have a bum knee and have a handicap placard. We parked in the handicap lot and walked a very short distance to a small shelter. There was a bus there in 2 minutes to take us directly to our airlines. When inside, they checked us in right away and ordered escort for me without even asking. Anywhere I went while I was at the airport, an escort always asked if I needed assistance. They even went as far as setting escort up at LAX without my knowledge. I'd say they went above and beyond. A+++

Surprisingly a really intuitive airport that is clean and very easy to navigate.

There’s a lot of natural light that allows for it to feel more comfortable inside.

Security is a breeze with both regular and TSA pre-check lines.
