The chat person I talked to today was the nicest and helped she deserves a raise. My husband passed away in 2022 apparently he was getting security for a computer we got rid of I had no clue till I received a message for renewal I used the chat and she cancelled it he had two of them and no clue why. Thank you so much

I ordered an item online and then went to pick it up at the store. The whole transaction took only about 2 to 3 minutes from clicking online curb service, and my purchase was delivered to my car within a blink of an eye!

I had many boxes of old financial records to dispose of, and didn’t have access to that large of a shredder. The staff (Don and Waylon) did a fabulous job. They are highly customer service oriented. It was a very positive experience, and we will use them again!

I love the way Office Depot has reorganized the store since my last visit. They have an excellent selection with a broad and deep range of products at good prices.

We purchased a new office chair from them and had them put it together. The small fee associated with that service is TOTALLY worth it not to have to put the chair together ourselves.

If anybody is reading this who works at this location, just know that I truly enjoyed working there and i am sorry that it didn't work out. I have nothing but good things to say about working here if you're in need of friendly coworkers and a good competitive pay!

The person (John) helping with the computer accessories was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent all the time I needed and when the checkout line had more than a few people, he was coming up front to keep things moving!

Office Depot in Bethel Park has been printing technical teaching books for me a few times each year for the past 8 years. They are careful and very attentive to critical details that affect the quality of the printed books.

I had the best experience yet again, this was not my 1st time using Office Depot. They came though with a seriously big job, in hours and had discounts available that met our every need for this job..I recommend this location. GM is on point and so is his staff..felt welcomed, i was treated well upon my entrance to my exit.
