Buffalo Wild Wings

I really enjoy coming here with my family. We always get seated quickly but maybe that’s because we never come too late in the day and the servers are friendly people. We always get our drinks fast and the appetizers don’t come out that long before the food.

Been at this super-fancy location in the past, and even so in the present. Service here is really great. Whenever I'm here, I'm a very big fan of their super-cool well done hamburgers. Today was definitely one of their best. Not kidding. Staff's excellent, kind and superb towards us. My chocolate milk drink was delivered to me in one minute. Food is never dull. It's never a dull moment when a perfectly prepared well-done burger's delivered to me quickly. This is one fancy that says "We care for you and respect your food". This restaurant is no exception. Food is fantastic and fun. Deserves 5 stars, and I mean it.

I’ve been w my wife and 3 kids 10-15 times in the last 2 months. I’d say at this point we come twice a week. Obviously it’s always a bit pricey but the food and service are phenomenal. Awesome place and the garlic parm wings/ American burger is 💯

Went in for dinner tonight around six something. Pretty quiet, server was very polite but seemed to be in not the best mood, great burger with wedges, drank water. Staff was attentive, left a generous tip. Don't frequent very often but would go back.

I went into this Buffalo Wild Wing this Monday around 430, and the server for takeout was great, attitude awesome, and whoever the cooks were did a great job getting boneless and, for the first time, got fries. I was not expecting that it was just a quick snack, and hubby wanted it, so I was happy with it all!

Very nice variety of dishes. Something for everyone in my home (5).

The wings were great.. tried the new General Tso's sauce its Awesome! SWEET then the spicy flavor hits you very balanced. Our server Katie was Great and very pleasant, and attentive. I Will definitely visit this location again.

The Buffalo Cauliflower very good, the wings and fries were very good. Service was awesome.

It was a great experience. We were a party of 11. My waitress was Johnny on the spot. She anticipated our needs was more than helpful and knowledgeable when asked about the menu. Great vibes and good food!

We had a great experience at the Willoughby location. We have been to the Mentor location in the past and had poor experiences with the service and food quality so we didn't have high expectations for Willoughby, but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and hot, our server was attentive and friendly, and we were seated quickly. I got the American burger and it was delicious. The patties were juicy, the condiment ratio was perfect, and the size of the burger was perfect - not too big that I couldn't finish it and not too small that it felt over priced. My husband and sister said their wings were cooked to perfection and they were sauced adequately. Great experience all together!

Great Wings and a Chicken Sandwich! Very loud inside with all the different Sports Games and Cheering from the Dinners. Only problem was they didn't have any Hockey Games on TV. Great selection of drinks, hard and sodas! We will be back.

I haven't visited in awhile an had a gift card I used. Wings done to perfection.

The go to for big groups and late night food runs. My friend group goes out a lot and the wait times in this area can be oppressive. We’ve never had more than a ten minute wait with groups up to 12 people and with most other businesses closing at 10 it’s our default late late night restaurant. The food is excellent if a little pricey(but what wing place isn’t). My only warning would be that it is a sports bar so the TVs are pretty loud. If that’s not your thing I would find somewhere else, but otherwise go get you some B-dubs!

The food was good. Our server was good. We were one of the first in so we got our food fast. We were the for the Ohio State football game so the place was crazy.

Our server was super friendly. He was very fun and personable. The manager was present and walking around checking on people and helping his servers. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese, it was so good.

Cam was a great server she always remembers me my wife and my daughter and what we usually get! Anytime we come we request her. She’s patient with my crazy family who never knows what we want. The food is good it does take awhile sometimes but the service is always great with Cam. She makes it a great experience.

Always a good time with family however even better when we have good service and food which we did this visit.. our waitstaff was awesome
