They've got a new store format where you shop on mobile and an employee pulls your size from the back - I think, I was just making an exchange so I didn't need to shop. I think I encountered 4 employees from the door to the counter and everyone was extremely helpful while being genuine and not annoying. The exchange was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated since I had my kid with me. They even offered a balloon and expedited grabbing my new size. That's some top notch customer service that I totally wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised by!

Black Friday sales and lines were shorter then expected. But because of that I was very very happy got my $1 socks and $5 pj pants and some other goodies . And within 20 min I was out the store.... Again I want to thank all the hard work employees at old Navy for providing excellent customer service..🥂

Loved it, they always have a lot of variety in clothes shoes and accessories, wether you're looking for kid's, men's and women's. The staff is really helpful and friendly and they have a 🚻 at this location
