AT&T Store

I went to this store for a phone upgrade after years in my old phone and due to data storage of items from a family member who had passed, I was very stressed. Vick went above what I beyond normal customer service, got me the new phone I needed and made sure I did not leave without all of my information safely stored. I have been to other stores and did not receive this type of hands on care. This store is small but their customer service is excellent, 5 stars.

My experience at this ATT location went beyond my no expectations lifestyle. As a photographer it is vital that to have the best phone camera quality. After learning about the iPhone 12 lowlights capability, my grandparents decided to bless me with an upgraded phone. Initially I was hesitant because of the cost but the new upgrade lowered my bill and they honored my grandparents military service to this great country. Overall a pleasant experience. I forgot the names of the two gentlemen who helped me. I really love the transparency and their ability to answer all my questions before I made any decisions. They had amazing patience when I had to return home for more information to complete the transaction. Thank you for providing me with stellar service. Your hard work, patience, grace, knowledge and good energy did not go unnoticed.

Super helpful with family plan and options. Tony & William are great! I recommend visiting this store if you're in need of services. And please be respectful of their Lunch breaks oftentimes they are working 10 plus hours.

Tony was super super helpful. He has a smile on his face and gives you good vibes and good energy. I did not think an experience at an AT&T store could be fun, but he is genuinely a good person

Tony the manager is one of the best AT&T employees I’ve ever interacted with in my 15+ years of being a customer. He was able to handle an iPhone 11 Pro —> iPhone 14 Pro trade in for me, along with 3 accessories in a swift manner. All while helping THREE other customers simultaneously. Tony deserves a raise. Alex was the other employee who was also working / handling the busy crowd of people and he was professional and nice!

Ally and Darrion were super helpful in porting my number from Verizon. They also helped to fix problems that Costco had not Setup my account correctly. Thanks both!!

Came in Mountain View store after dealing with an idiotic person on the phone. Alexis was very patient with me and helped me out. I walked out a happy person again. Thank you Tony for your assistance as well. Great job guys

I came in here Wednesday night around 5pm. There were a few of us in the store with all kinds of questions. Joel was the only one working and helped us all flawlessly. I did not see him sweat helping multiples inquiries while delivering the best customer service possible. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help us all. Thank you for helping me facilitate my new phone!

I want to call out Joel for assisting me with trading in my older IPhone for the latest version. Not only that, he assisted me in transporting my number over to AT&T. He is a great conversationalist and excited to help every customer. I would definitely recommend for everybody to visit the store location. Everyone at the store location was nice and friendly and provided. Excellent customer service!

Super awesome experience with William who helped me get my old number set up on a new phone with a new Sim card after losing my old phone. Great technical knowledge and customer service.

Naj was my sales assistant who provided excellent customer service. He was very patient with my numerous questions and very knowledgeable about the service and phones offered. I would definitely recommend this AT&T store, for anyone who wants and easy experience changing phone carriers and getting First Net!

Ask for Naj! I never thought that customer service could be relaxing before! As the only person on call, he calmly managed 3 people with ease. He explained the problems that he would work through in front of us. His expertise shown through, I believe he should be manager. The best part was when he made phone calls for customer service for us and grappled with wait times and such.

Stopped by to check on my account and ended up upgrading to a new I Phone 13 Pro. Joel and Naj are two of the best salesmen
I have ever met, they are very personable, knowledgeable about all of the products and deals in the store, and are not pushy or high pressure sales people. These two did a great job explaining all of the promotions available to me what phone would be best for my needs. I recommend anyone who needs an upgrade, new service or just have questions about ATT go see these two, you won't be disappointed.

Naj helped me troubleshoot an issue with my AT&T account that 3 different people in AT&T customer support could not solve. He solved it super quickly, tested my phone and I was on my way. Appreciate his help!

As soon I walked in Tony and and Alex take me under their wing,explained me what all the deal that going on ,they doing the best they can they helping me answer all my questions, the best part I walk out the door with 2 new phone and Iam happy...

I came in today and was kindly greeted by the employee in the store. He was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. I came in wanting a new phone and plan and left the store with great deals. I highly recommend going to him when you need help! :)
